Gemini released a quivering sigh as Fourth gently nibbled on his neck, arousing the sensitive skin by rolling his warm tongue over it and then sucking on it. With a sense of urgency, he tightly grasped the white shirt, widening his legs to allow his boyfriend, who was hovering above him, more room to settle in between. The sensation of teeth marking his neck and a curious hand exploring his abdomen gradually descending southward intensified the moment.
"I'm going to sleep here tonight."
Gemini abruptly woke up as the voice pierced through his dream. Still groggy, he felt a pounding headache from the rude awakening. He opened his eyes and vaguely saw a figure moving in the darkness of his room, eventually settling on the empty side of his bed. The moment he felt the warmth of his uncle's body next to him, his dream dawned on him. Feeling uneasy, Gemini quickly moved over when he realized that his uncle was lying beside him. Stiff and unmoving, he remained on the right side of the bed, staring at the ceiling, attempting to calm down the lingering effect the dream had on his lower region.
Lost in his efforts to calm his arousal, he barely registered his uncle's words.
"I love him, but sometimes I want to strangle him."
Gemini responded with a thoughtful hum before broaching the uncomfortable topic.
"Lately, you two seem to be arguing more often."
"I guess," came the subdued reply.
Silence hung in the air for a moment before Gemini mustered the courage to ask, "Will I become a child of divorce?" Despite harboring genuine fears about this outcome, Gemini maintained a lighthearted tone, unwilling to reveal his anxiety to his uncle. He didn't want him to know that the mere thought of their potential separation caused him distress.
Tay let out an incredulous snort. "Don't we have to be married first for that?"
Curiosity getting the better of him, Gemini pressed further. "But why did you never get married?"
Tay released a heavy sigh before responding, "For the same reason we still live in the small apartment we got as newly graduates."
"In a relationship, there's this magical point where everything just clicks. It's like a perfect puzzle that you don't want to disrupt, so you end up getting stuck in that phase. But here's the thing: we're not young adults anymore. We grew and changed as individuals, but we forget to let our relationship grow alongside us. I guess that's why we've been having so many fights lately."
"Someday, you'll understand what I mean. Maybe you'll experience this with Fourth or someone else. But there will come a moment when everything is so perfect that you'll never want it to change."
"So, what are you going to do?"
"Grow up."
Confused, Gemini turned his head to his uncle, Tay, who chuckled when he noticed. "You know, the reason I came home late from my business trip is because I had to pick up the custom-made ring," Tay revealed. Gemini's eyes widened, and he sat up straight in bed, staring at his uncle in disbelief. "Are you serious?!"
Tay laughed heartily.
"Yes."

"I no longer want to go to the mall on fridays." Fourth declared abruptly, as the trio sat in a cozy cafe, taking a break from their busy student lives.
"Huh?"
"Last Friday, when I didn't go, I felt a bit off, but now I'm feeling fine. So I want to try new things and see if it's just in my head," Fourth explained, his attention momentarily diverted as he attempted to sneak a taste of the whipped cream on Winny's drink, clearly envious that his own beverage lacked such indulgence.
