009 or rather Joe Shimamura couldn't stop thinking about the fact that ema is his soulmate and he wanted to take her somewhere special

Naomi walked into the living room to see Joe sitting on the sofa in deep thought "hey are you ok?" Naomi asked as Joe sighed

"Ah...I think I know that look...your in love aren't you" Naomi said as she sat in her chair "how could you tell" Joe said curiously

"Dear me...that was the same look my husband gave me how wouldn't I know that look" Naomi said then crossed her arms

Joe's pov

There's no way she's going to guess who I'm in love with "Let me guess...ema right" Naomi said "did Angela tell you that" I said

"Ah...have I been caught" Angela said walking out of the kitchen as Naomi chuckled "well it has been awhile since I've seen ema smitten with anyone it's nice to see her happy for real again" Naomi said

"What do you mean happy for real?" I asked confused looking at them with a frown "oops maybe I should've kept my mouth shut" Naomi said

"Before you came here about 2 years ago ema was in a relationship before but it all ended when her boyfriend died in a car crash...she was crushed" Naomi said

"I see..." I said ema has been through a lot hasn't she, we just met at the beach because I happened to catch her in my arms when she fell off the cliff

I skipped down the stairs seeing granny and aunt Angela who stayed over a second night Angela spotted me and walked over

"Good afternoon ema" Angela said "Why did you stay over for 2 nights are you fighting with uncle Virgil and uncle Dante" I said

"No...I just needed a little break that's all it was very tiring being around those two boys but I'm sure you'll understand one day" Angela said then disappeared in front of me

I looked down the stairs and saw granny talking to Joe it made my heart pound in my chest I smiled at him from afar and gushed at him turning away holding in my happy squealing

What ema didn't know is Joe heard her from upstairs and smiled to himself "so then..." Naomi said grabbing Joe's attention

"How would you like to go on a date with my granddaughter ema" Naomi said as Joe took the chance at going on a date with ema

Ema had been talked into going on a date by the twins Suri and Yoma not knowing that the twins were in on Joe's plan.....but ema didn't seem to mind

"So where do you want to go" Joe said looking at ema with a loving gaze "can we do karaoke..." ema said excitedly "sure" joe said

They went into the karaoke place and held the microphone "your not going to sing..." ema said curious "I'm not sure you want to hear me sing" joe said

"Huh...but why not" ema said with a small pout "I'm not that good at singing" Joe said rubbing the back of his neck in embarrassment

"Nonsense you've got a gorgeous looking face I'm sure your good at singing" ema said joe looked at her in bewilderment Making ema blush in realization at what she said

"I didn't mean to say that out loud" ema said flustered this managed to talk joe into singing and he picked a song with a duet for make and female vocals and ema started singing first
