My eyes were wide as I felt myself shake, my arms reached out for him, so close he was so close.

I was swiftly pulled back a hand wrapped around my waist,Arccehlino her grip tightened once she noticed I was watching her.

With a quick snap of her fingers the trio I knew appeared quicker then I could blink.

There head hanging low, a soft father escapes their lips as they waited for instructions.

The knave pointed her finger towards Aether, no words were said but it seemed everyone understood what was too happen.

My eyes widened as I watched the three I had grown somewhat close with swiftly turn to face Aether weapons held tightly in there hands.

I watched terrified knowing that Aether couldn't fight them off in the condition he is in.

A huff escaped my lips as my eyes brightened, the feeling of anger overtaking me, at the noise
everyone turned to look at me, the ground was cracking, purple sparks flickering off of me in anger, eyes widened and lips parted as I shot forwards past everyone, my hand grabbing Aethers before teleporting.

The comforting purple particles invaded my vision as I felt my hand tighten round aethers.

A grunt escaped Aether as we landed just outside the city, I spun around to look at him, my eyes widening as I watched him closely.

"Aether are you ok? Where have you been!"
I spoke quickly panic in my voice.

He grumbled out some words, his head swaying softly, it looked like a single soft breeze could knock him off his feet, and that's exactly what it did.

With a grunt he fell to his knees, I dropped beside him my hands reaching to grab his shoulders, I looked into his eyes but the colour seemed drained from them.

"Aether?" I whispered softly yet he acted as if he hadn't heard me.

I panicked before I began to call for paimon hoping she might be able to get some help.

"PAIMON!! PAI-"

"What what! I'm here, oh my goodness aether!! What happened?" Paimon spoke quickly, she flew over hovering just beside aether, tears gathering in her eyes.

I looked at her feeling my eyes water.
"Paimon listen, I need you to get help and fast, he's not doing well"
I spoke hurriedly ignoring the scream that desperately clawed at my throat to be let out, but I couldn't not now.

She nodded before disappearing in thin air, soft particles that almost looked like glitter fluttered to the floor where paimon stood only moments ago.
My eyes traveled back down to aether whos breath was more shallow than it was originally.

I layed him down, his head sitting in my lap as I pulled the hair out of his eyes and stroked his cheeks, tears begun flowing down my face as I watched my friend practically die in my arms.

"WHERE IS SHE!"
A booming voice echoed around the courtroom. Neuvillette sat in his seat above the court watching over a specific three.

Lyney, Lynette and Freminet were currently standing in a circle discussing what had just happened, there voices growing louder in volume as the concern of your well-being grew.

"Enough!" Wriothersy's voice boomed as he crossed his arms, the constant arguing beginning to cause him a headache.

"We will not find her if we keep arguing like this, I say we send those three outside the city to search for her"
Some mumbled voices were heard before a chorus of yes's and I agree rung out.

"Perfect" Neuvillette spoke softly, standing up from his seat as he began his descent down to the floor.

"Oh and one more thing"

All eyes watched Neuvillette carefully.

"If Y/N is found with Aether bring him here, only then will his justice truly be served"
A twisted smirk arose on Neuvillette's face as he walked off.

As soon as the meeting begun it had ended, everyone scattered, Lyney Lynette and Freminet headed outside the city.

Arccehlino wandered the streets keeping an eye out for the h/c haired girl, who seemed to have wormed her way into her icy heart.

Neuvillette and wriothersy were starting on the next part of there plan, they sat inside an office, papers with your name and information scattered around them.

Navia and Clorinde headed towards Navia's headquarters, silver and Melus trailing behind with a certain white haired child in there arms.

Aether snuggled further into my lap, as I hummed a soft tune to help him sleep.
It had nearly been two hours and no sign of Paimon I had started to panic slightly.

I was mumbling under my breath trying to figure out where she had gone, trying to shake away the bad thoughts about paimon, and just wondering if she'd got lost? Or maybe got distracted.
Yeah that sounded like something paimon would do, I nod to myself seeing that as a reasonable outcome.

I sighed looking down at Aether who was now snoring lightly as I smiled.
We stayed like this for a few more minutes before soft footsteps were heard behind me.

My weapon materialised in my hand as I whipped my head around, watching as a certain trio walk towards us.

Lyney leading as Lynette and Freminet trailed behind slightly.

"Mi amour! There you are darling we've been worried about you" Lyney spoke, his steps quickening almost into a run.

I tensed holding Aether closer to me as I watched them close in on us.

Purple eyes started down at me curiously.

"I need to leave Fontaine Lyney I'm not safe here"

At my words the three went rigid anger seeping into there expressions as I watched closely.
Freminet held pear so tightly I thought he might break.

"Ha...hahaha nice joke love come on we need to get going" Lyney spoke, venom dripping from his voice.

I shook my head as I started down at Aether a sad expression settling on my face.

Just as Lyney was about to reach down a rip Aether out of my grip a certain voice was heard.

"There you are, your in big trouble you little shit"
A voice spoke to the right of us.

I heard the crackling of electricity before I saw it, an electro hammer fatui walked out towards us, more fatui emerging with him, rage in there eyes.

My eyes widened as I watched Freminet step in front of me.

"No not like this"I mumbled, fear sketched on my face,

My hand reached out to pull Freminet away before a shock of electricity sliced through the air, knocking me out cold.
