Chapter 6: Dead End.

Aether pulled out his phone while running and just called the first contact. Someone picked up and answered with a simple "Aether?", sounding like they just woke up. "Help, please, anyone" Were the words of Aether before he hung up.

Xiao looked at his phone and then at the clock, confused as to why someone was calling him at this time. He accepted the call "Aether?". He looked at his screen, still not knowing what's going on. "Help, please, anyone" could be heard from the blonde boy and then a ringtone, indicating that he hung up. Xiao panicked "Shit, what should I do?" Then, a solution popped up in his head. He went to snapchat and looked at Aether's location, put on his shoes and jacket and went out of the house, running to Aether.

Aether POV

He kept running and running, at this point, He wasn't even going home anymore, he was just running. Suddenly, he stopped. There was a wall infront of him. "Dead end." He said, looking around and seeing the men come near him. "There you are! Why are you running away from us cutie?" Aether looked around for maybe a weapon, but he couldn't find anything. "Stay away from me!" He put up his fists, indicating that he will fight them if he needs to. The two men smirked at each other and then at him. "Are you sure you want to do that?" Aether looked as determined as ever, as he was getting ready to punch them, but suddenly, one of the two men was already behind him and kicked him in the back. As he was getting beat up, his vision started going black. The last thing he could hear, was arguing and a few punching noises, then he blacked out.

He awoke, in an unfimiliar room, in an unfimiliar bed. The blonde haired boy looked around, but couldn't seem to remember any of his surroundings(?). "Oh, you're awake! Are you okay? Does your head still hurt? Do you need something?" He looked up at a very worried Xiao, who was patting Aether's head. "What happened?" Aether said, still not knowing how or why he is here. "That's not important right now. What's important is, that you eat something first." He says, as he puts down a plate of some fruit, vegetables and lots of other stuff. Aether just smiles at him and Xiao smiles back, looking him in the eyes, which makes Aether blush. Xiao chuckles lightly, realizing what kind of effect he has on Aether. "Why are you blushing, hm?" He decides to tease the male in front of him. "I'm not! I'm just flustered because you looked at me so...uhh...sensitive!" Xiao laughed and stood up, walking to the door. "Get some rest Aether" He sees Aether smiling at him and walks out of the door, suddenly facing Jennie, his soon-to-be-wife. "Who is that? Your boyfriend~?" She teases him and punches him in the arm lightly. "Ay ay! No! He's just a friend of my brother. Nothing more! Besides, how would he be my boyfriend when I have a wife?" He states, making sure that she knows, that they're just friends. She laughs at him and decides to just let it go. "Whatever helps you sleep at night".

Two hours later, Xiao decides to go to sleep, but he can't, he keeps thinking about how beautiful and perfect Aether looks. He keeps remembering the cute blush on his face. He keeps remembering the eye contact they had. He keeps remembering how perfect his lips are. "Fuck Aether, what are you doing to me?" He says, putting his hands over his eyes and sighing. He stands up and walks over to the room Aether is sleeping in, only to realize that he's also still awake. "Can't sleep?" Xiao sits down on the bed and looks Aether in the eyes. "No..I don't know why" Aether said, but he knew exactly why. He also couldn't stop thinking of Xiao. Xiao seemed like he could read Aether's mind, because he leaned over and looked at Aether's lips. Aether noticed this and moved his head closer to Xiao's head. 'IS HE GONNA KISS ME? ONG OMG' Aether leaned in...
