4 | getting rid of him

It's been days since the incident.

Uzi avoided going back to the landing pod.

Mostly because she felt afraid.

"Uzi, aren't you going to visit the landing pod today?" Thad asked.

The two were walking to Uzi's house after a long, painful day at school.

Thad was supposed to help Uzi with homework, but she declined, so now he's simply walking her home

Uzi shook her head. "No... maybe some other day." She shrugged. She turned her gaze to the ground. "Do you really think N might have murdered Lizzy?" She muttered, sounding genuinely curious.

"... well, knowing N, he's usually not the one to go out hunting for oil. It's mostly V's thing." He shrugged.

Uzi suddenly stopped walking. "That's why I'm suspecting N. V wouldn't harm her friend..." She said.

Thad turned his gaze towards her. A comforting smile formed on his lips as he approached her.

"Maybe it was an accident? You know... with a long pointy tail like that, he could have easily stabbed anyone, including himself." He laughed.

Uzi turned her gaze up to Thad. "But the wounds.... and the claw marks..." Uzi said with fear on her visor.

Thad tried his best to comfort the purple drone.

"Yeah, but he's still our friend. We can't just abandon him." He said. He reached for Uzi's hand. "And don't forget about V. She's there if N goes out of control."

"Now come one, let's go see V and N." he smiled brightly.

A small smile formed on her lips as she followed along Thad.

As the two walked past the three giant doors of protecting.

As they did, Khan waved at the two as he took a sip out of his warm coffee.

Khan had gotten used to Uzi leaving the colony from time to time, knowing that she was safe with those two disassembly drones.

The two climbed into the landing pod.

But as the two quietly made their way inside, they saw N and V.

N was sitting on the pilot's chair with his gaze facing the ground, and standing in front of him was an angry disassembly drone with her hands on her hips.

"It was you, wasn't it!?"

The two listened to the conversation. They were curious to why V was so upset.

"Uh V..." Thad said.

"Not now, Uzi!" V yelled out. She was too angry to care who called out for her.

Thad and Uzi turned their gaze to each other because back at V, "I'm... Thad...?" He said, pointing to himself.

V turned her gaze to the two worker drones that were standing next to the ladder that led to the outside.

"Did I say Uzi? I mean Thad. Not now, Thad!" She said before she continued to yell at N.

"What did N do?" Uzi asked.

Out of anger, V stabbed her claws into N's arm, which caused him to yelp in pain as he struggled to get the claws off of him.

"This sentient idiot toaster killed Lizzy!" She yelled out as she dug her metal claws deeper into his metal like skin.

N didn't want to fight back.. he didn't even feel like fighting at all, but if he did, that would have angered V even more than she already was.
