"YOU'RE LAME." Aurora says as she chucks a strawberry at Aurélien. She was laying across the bed in their shared hotel room meanwhile he sat on the couch watching some movie. "She was pretty, why'd you turn her down!" She exclaims, recalling the girl who asked for his number at the starbucks.
The French player shrugged as he throws the strawberry back at her. "Wasn't my type. Besides, I'm not interested in dating right now. The season is starting soon and I want to be focused on it. And was that a strawberry from your pink drink?"
She shrugs in response and takes a long sip from the venti pink drink in her hand. "Why can't you say that type of stuff around my brothers. They're so annoying." She groans, resting her cheek against the palm of her hand as she watches the movie on the screen.
"They still think we're dating?" He asks with a chuckle.
"Yes. It's all like 'be careful!', 'Aurora, focus on your studies!'. Like focus on your own sport and Red Bull dominance before coming after me."
"The guys are the same," Aurélien replies, shaking his head at the thought of his teammates. "Jules and Eduardo swear we're secretly dating, Fede and Vinicius think the same. They say I'm always thinking about you and that's why I haven't scored for Madrid yet."
Aurora lets out a huff and turns to face him. "You'll score soon, I'm sure of it! It'll definitely be this season. I can feel it."
