"Buy her a bouquet of red roses and a box of chocolates. Ask her to dinner and take her to that expensive French restaurant downtown. She loves French food," she told me. I nodded and looked down. "What's wrong?" she asked. "What if she doesn't like me? What if she says no?" I asked. She put her hand on my shoulder and said don't worry. She will like you," she told me. "Thanks," I said getting up and walked home.
