Chapter 18

**2 MONTHS LATER** Kaylee's POV: It was 3 days until school got out for the summer. I was walking to lunch and I saw James with a girl that wasn't Ronnie. I grabbed Brandon before he walked passed me. "Kaylee what are you doing?!" he yelled. "Shhhhhh. Watch." I whispered and pointed to James. Brandon crouched down behind me and watched. James wrapped his arm around the girl and pulled her against him. They were laughing and having a good time. They started walking towards us and I grabbed two books out of my backpack. I handed one to Brandon and we opened them and held them in front of our faces. I held my phone in my hand and pressed the voice recorder app and pressed record. "So babe what do you wanna do tonight?" James asked the girl. She giggled and said, "Whatever you wanna do." He smirked and said some inappropriate things that they were gonna do. I looked at Brandon and he was getting mad. James and his girlfriend walked away from us and I opened my camera and took pictures of them. "Ronnie's gonna be crushed," I said to Brandon. "Yeah, I feel bad," he said. "Why?" I asked still taking pictures as James pushed the girl against the lockers and kissed her. "Because I know she really likes him and she's gonna be a wreck," he said. Just then Ronnie walked by us and I grabbed her and showed her the recording and pictures. "I don't believe you," she said. "James wouldn't do that." Brandon looked at her and said, "Ronnie we're not lying to you. Just look around the corner." She rolled her eyes and walked around the corner.
