This was to be ranked as number one most dreadful moment in his life.

Having arrived in the mansion only to find the boss killing some men in the living room by shooting their brains out.

Zhan had seen a fair share of deaths in his life but they were never this brutal nor were they just before his eyes.

In the morning, he'd prepared himself, loaded his gun and left his apartment to meet the man in the given address.

Now standing here, he'd never regretted any of his rush decisions more than he have this one.
It would have been better if he just stayed home and watched SpongeBob.

This must be what mafia's do as their daily routine he thought hoping that Yibo has not gotten to that point .... The man chuckled extending his hand to zhan for a handshake.

Zhan looked at the extended hand in circumspection which was noted by the man.
The Hand was filled with raw blood.

"Sorry, I hope that this doesn't affect our collaboration, you see, in our line of work we have to get rid of a few people here and there..." The man said discreetly and motion his man to take zhan somewhere else.

Zhan was taken to an office room and was left alone there and told to wait a little for the boss.

The boss returned 5 minutes later having on a clean suit and hands washed.

"I'm sorry for that, let me introduce myself, I am Wang hua, leader of Black Mamba gang, I am your uncle from your father's side." The man extended his arm forward aiming for another handshake which was once again rejected.

"Aish man, stop doing that already..."
The man complained as he withdrew his hand.... again.😂😂

" I'm sure that I have no uncle, and again, you're a Wang and not a Xiao." Zhan said looking at him skeptically.

Life was going well until Cheng moved out of home since he'd gotten a girl pregnant.
My parents offered their but he wanted to take responsibility so he found a job in a cafe.

That time, I was not in the country and only got back a few years later, Cheng and his wife were already dead by that time.
Our parents were devastated.

I was then on the process of becoming a leader in this group so I couldn't do anything, I didn't have much power.

A few years later, I became the leader of this group and started investing. That's how I knew the full story behind your father's death and that's how my rivalry with Wang Yiren started.

"And why do you need me?" Zhan asked.

"I know that you're capable to hack his systems since you're a hacker and we could do things from the inside first before facing him head on.." the latter explained.

"I still don't believe that you're my uncle, what if you're just using me for your rivalry, I will not be any man's pawn." Zhan said firmly.

"You're truly your father's son, if you don't believe me, I'll take you to my parents, your grandparents, they can explain things better." Hua explained.

"They are alive?" Zhan asked.

"Yeah, they are alive and well....we can go today if you want..."

Zhan could not believe that his grandparents were alive, at least he had relatives who were blood related to him.
He may have pretended not to need anyone before, but he definitely needed them, a place he could identify himself with, people he could call his own.

"Yes, let's go..." He said.

Not a minute passed for them to be on their way. They were just packing the car outside the gate to the grandparents house when a big explosion occured.
His grandparents house was blown up to pieces.

À look of horror was visible on Wang hua's face. His parents house just exploded on his face.
He just prayed that the owners were not inside.

They quickly ran out of the car to see the action face to face.
"No!no!no!no!no!" Wang hua screamed.
Some neighbors also appeared at the scene and called fire fighters who arrived after a few minutes.

"Please check if my parents are inside." Wang hua said hysterically.
He was a Mafia but had a soft spot for his family.

After the fire was out, the firemen got in the house to check for casualties.
An ambulance was already on standby for first aid.

On getting further into the house, they could not believe their eyes, some even ran to corners to throw up.

The two old fellas had been butchered, you could see their organs everywhere and then they'd been set on fire, they were unrecognizable.

The firemen could only ask themselves what these old people did that was so bad to deserve such deaths, who could be this cold blooded.

The two bodies were taken out and into the ambulance, zhan ran to the nearest bush to throw up.
He had never felt that broken, nor that disgusted in his entire life.

He'd learnt to accept his parents deaths but not this, he saw death for the second time in his life. He was sure that this would give him endless nightmares.

Wang hua only looked at the scene with coldness in he's eyes. His heart was frozen to the point that if possible, he'd be producing snow like princess Elsa from frozen.

A phone was heard ringing and Wang hua answered it, it was in Loud speaker.

"I hope that taught you who you should or shouldn't mess with." A voice said and the call was disconnected.

"It's him, it's Wang Yiren who did this, it must be him..." He said to zhan who was almost falling apart.

Somewhere else
"He sent me on a mission to Japan, I didn't know he'd do this....it's time to start our plans. He's taking more and more from my Zhan and I'll not allow it.
I cannot accept this kook, do you understand, he's really heartless." A man said in tears feeling like shit.

"It's okay, come down and let's plan it all out okay." The other man, kook, said.
