It's Friday, and I just got out of class, so I'll have the rest of today as well as the next two days off. Normally, I would spend this time getting ahead of my classes and turning homework in early. However, I had promised Lena as well as our other friend Minjun that I would go out with them tomorrow night.
I begin my walk back to my apartment. My headphones are blasting my favorite songs as I walk. When I turn the corner, I run into someone. They drop their binder, causing all of the papers inside to begin flying away.
My feet move fast as I chase after the flying papers. I manage to grab almost all of them before they flutter into the road. One of the papers gets sucked under a car, and all I can do is watch as it gets run over repeatedly.
I turn back to the person I bumped into, fearing their reaction. They're even angrier than I anticipated, and soon they're towering over me. They wear a mask and glasses, as well as headphones. They're silent, but I can tell they're angry. Very angry.
"I'm sorry," I say, holding out the papers.
They rip them out of my hands, "You fucking should be. This shit is important and now I have to go tell my friends that I lost papers thanks to a fucking foreigner that can't watch where she's walking."
I flinch at the venomous tone in his voice. "I'm sorry, truly, but you ran into me as well. This isn't entirely my fault."
He shoves the papers back in the binder, not caring if they rip or get crumpled.
"If you would punch holes in the papers and actually place them in the binder correctly, this wouldn't have happened."
I give him one last glare before continuing my walk, turning my music up even louder. I still feel bad, but his shitty attitude quickly diminished most of the guilt. The entire situation has managed to piss me off, and the fact that he sounded familiar makes it worse. Because now I'm dead set on figuring out who he is.

When I get to my apartment, Lena is sitting on the couch. She's talking on the phone with a beaming smile on her face. I give her a curious look, to which she just smiles bigger.
"I have to go now, I'll see you tomorrow," she says into the phone.
After a few seconds, she hangs up, and jumps to her feet. "That was Yeonjun from TXT!"
"You're joking."
She shakes her head, "We met up after their gig last night, and he gave me his number."
"Bro, he literally wants you!" I yell, smiling.
She smiles, "Which is why we're going to their concert tomorrow."
"Where are they playing?"
"A party," she answers.
I shake my head, "I hate parties."
"But you promised Minjun and I that you would go out with us."
"Fine," I say in defeat.
She smirks, "We'll go shopping for outfits tomorrow morning."
We both sit on the couch, and I pull my phone out. "Oh, I almost forgot to tell you, but I ran into a guy on the way here."
"Was he hot?"
"I don't know, he was wearing a mask and glasses. We didn't exactly have a great interaction, but he seemed so familiar."
She shrugs, "You've probably seen him around the campus."
"Well, hopefully I never see him again. The dude was a complete asshole."
"I doubt you'll ever see him again. Seoul is a large city, the chances of you seeing him again are very small."
I nod, "Yeah, I guess you're right."
"I'm always right."
