i am not supposed to be forever.
the atoms that form my very being are borrowed from another,
and another shall borrow them from me.
i am fleeting,
blink and you shall miss me.
the footprints i leave upon this earth shall be washed away with time and tide,
until all that is left in a name on a paper.no one will remember how i take my tea,
or the taste of my touch.
i will disappear into the mechanics of time,
the ticking clock will continue its pas de deux.
my blood will be diluted into my descendants,
until drop by drop it drips down to drain,
until the water runs clear.
