you let out a breath as you shakily picked up the pregnancy test from the sink.

it was positive.

"fuck." you whispered.

how could you be pregnant? you and jack were always safe.

this could not be happening.

the two of you were so young. he was a professional hockey player. how were you gonna raise a kid?

"how am i gonna tell jack." you whispered to yourself.

"tell me what?"

you spun around, the test still in your hand, to see jack standing there.

"jack. hey."

"hey."

he then looked at what was in your hand, then looked up at you and licked his lips.

"is that a pregnancy test?" she raised her eyebrows.

"um...well it—kinda? um.... yeah. yeah, it's a pregnancy test..." you sighed.

"are you...?"

"yeah. yeah, i'm pregnant." you nodded.

"oh."

you nodded and looked away.

"y/n—."

"i know, jack. we're so young and we can't raise a kid right now—."

"that's not that i was gonna say at all. i think...i think we should keep it. only if you want to, of course."

you thought for a moment. this was a big commitment, but if you were going to do it you wanted to to this with jack.

"are you sure, jack?" you raised your eyebrows. "it's a big commitment and you're a young professional hockey player."

"y/n." he wrapped his arms around your waist. "i'm sure. but like i said, only if your sure."

you sighed and nodded. "yeah. yeah, okay. let's have a baby."

"okay."

he then bent down and kissed you and you kissed back.

after pulling away, he touched your stomach.

"there's a baby in there."

you nodded with a chuckle. "there sure is."

"baby, you're gonna look so sexy pregnant." he smirked.

"oh, shut up."

he laughed and pulled you into him.

"i love you."

"i love you too."

and the two of you stood there hugging with jack's hand placed on your stomach.
