Miraculous Ladybug: Evil has a new name

Re-Creation: Scenario 2

One month later. Exterior, the Agreste mansion, by the courtyard. The white light transitions to Adrien's face, with Aurore giving him a peck on his lips to wake him up. Adrien gets up and sees their friends throwing a summer party in the mansion's courtyard — Zoé and Nino with Rose perched up on Nino's shoulders are seen running along the garden, Alix and Nathaniel painting a mural on the courtyard's wall, Kim and Max swimming with Fang in the mansion's pool, Sabrina and Marc juggling a soccer ball, and the rest of their friends playing around in the pool. Jagged and Luka are also seen playing the guitar, with Su-Han doing a handstand, Kagami sketching Félix by the side of the pool, and Placide I.T. serving drinks to Nathalie and Emilie. Markov projects a screen in the middle of the garden as Penny signals them to watch the broadcast.

Penny: Everyone, quick! It's starting!

Alec: (from the broadcast) Hello, folks, and welcome to Nouveau Monde! Mayor Caline Bustier, it's an honor! It's only been a few weeks since you became the new Mayor of Paris, and you've already completely transformed your city. What's your superpower? And hello to Harmonie, as well! (coos) Hewwo, little baby!

Caline: (from the broadcast, while carrying Harmonie in her sash) Hello, Alec! Hello, everyone! And thank you, but my only superpower is you. It was the revolution by the people of Paris that forced the Bourgeois out of power, and it was in partnership with all our citizens that we adapted what we're calling the "Eco Rule". It consists of very simple principles: don't take more from the Earth than what it can give us, distribute its riches equitably and don't pollute more than it can recycle. We've reorganized everything to remove the need from cars, wrappers, and it's been working great! Here is just one example: all the Alliance rings that were hijacked by Monarch have been recycled to design the statue in honor of the great Marinette Raincomprix.

(Said statue is seen to be unveiled from a white cloth at the Place des Vosges in front of a large crowd.)

Tomoe: (from the broadcast, at a podium in front of the statue) Marinette was young and went through a lot. She was exceptional person and it's the hero who we celebrate today. And tomorrow, it's her legacy that I continue to carry on.

Alec: (from the broadcast) Why don't you tell us about this new school you've imagined?

Caline: (from the broadcast) Oh, it isn't my school, but... the result of a collaborative effort. In this new school, there will be no classes or struggling to get good grades. Children of all ages will be able to intermix and freely access all kinds of activities. They'll be able to try their hands at everything, learn at their own pace, and help each other until they've figured out what they want to do later in life. The school will be their second home. Children are our future. If we want it to be right, we must help each child to shine.

(Everyone in the mansion's garden cheer in joy.)

Nadja: With only a few days left before school starts again, let's take a look back on a summer that transformed the world. Professor du Boucquale explains to us how.

Professor du Boucquale: We all remember the worldwide nightmare epidemic followed by the victory of Ladybug over Monarch,
(In her room, Alya is seen to be doing a redesign of all the Miraculous she has retrieved back from Monarch while Aurore and Grand Master Su-Han are watching her in awe, as well as the Kwamis.)

Professor du Boucquale: and how the swarm of magic ladybugs swarmed the planet to repair everything and free us. This even raised global awareness. We humans have accomplished incredible things throughout history. But still, we often fall victim to our emotions, because no one teaches us how to understand or deal with them.

(Alya opens an empty box, where the Butterfly Miraculous should be placed.)

Professor du Boucquale: If we don't listen to what our fears, sadness or anger are trying to tell us—

(Aurore turns off the monitor.)

Su-Han: Still no trace of the Miraculous of the Butterfly?

Alya: (puts down the empty box on her table) After the wish, all I could find was the double wedding ring, along with the Miraculous that Monarch had turned into rings and Cat Noir's and mine. I transformed into Aquabug and searched the basement but nothing. Even after repairing everything, it's as if the brooch had... disappeared! But whatever happens, we'll be ready.

(A montage follows where each of the Miraculous are back to their respective holders.)

Alya: (v.o.) When Monarch seized my yo-yo, he suddenly gained access to all Miraculous at once. This can never happen again, which is why I'll remain the Guardian, but only to support and help my fellow heroes. From now on, each holder will be responsible for the Miraculous and their Kwami. To be sure that power is used for the greater good, it needs to be shared.

(By the Eiffel Tower, the Miraculous team, including Bunnyx and Argos, are gathered together. Ladybug waits for them as Cat Noir joins her side shortly.)

Cat Noir: Glad to see you again, m'Lady!

(Ladybug smiles at him as the other heroes jump in behind them and all of them spring into action.)

Inside of what seems to be Mr. Damocles' new office. Mr. Damocles is seen unpacking his boxes. He reads on his clipboard until he receives a call from his laptop.

Unknown caller: Mr. Damocles? Hello! My family and I just moved to Paris. Is it still possible to register at your new school for the upcoming year?

Mr. Damocles: Of course! I'll see you at the start of the school year.

(The scene switches to La Plage, where Cerise, who is taking on a brand new identity, hangs up from the call. It is revealed that the Butterfly Miraculous is now in Cerise's hands as she attaches the brooch on her blouse.)

Cerise: I look forward to seeing you again, Alya Ceire and Aurore Beaureal. (An unknown force appears right behind Cerise as her things begin to float mid-air.) Huh? Hmm? (She turns around, wide-eyed and terrified, as the screen cuts to black.)
