I could hear my mother screaming despite the distance.

Stormbreaker made sure to not go near anywhere close The Red Keep, his blacks wings steady around my legs.
His shadow brought darkness to every street we passed by, the people in King's Landing raising their heads to look at the Night Terror.

Another scream broke the peace of the morn. This time making my skin stand on end. Stormbreaker let out an horrible roar, fire making it's appearance around me.

The ground beneath us trembled as my dragon made contact with it under my silent command, every bone in my body shaking at the rhythm of the stones jumping.

The dragonkeepers of the Dragonpit stepped back, silent disagreement filling the air after Stormbreaker flew again.

My feet found their way back to my mother's chambers, being followed by only their own sound.

The screaming finally stopped, which meant either my new brother or sister was already born, or my mother died just like hers did so many moons back. My breath got stuck in my throat at the thought of losing my mother, my heart pounding in my chest.

Ser Harwin awaited at my mother's arrival, my two brothers playing with the dragon egg they chose to the newborn. The knight quickly stood on his feet as he saw me walking through the door, bowing politely in my direction with a sweet smile on his lips.

Jacaerys and Lucerys ran at me, both with big smiles and sparkling eyes, excited to meet the new member of the family.

My mother arrived not long after I did. Her forehead shone with sweat and her blue dress was now covered in a red substance. Blood. Nevertheless, a big smile made her purple eyes look tiny, a dimple in her right cheek.
Our father walked besides her, holding a white blanket around his arms.

I walked at him, carefully enough not to wake the babe up, and I grabbed hold of his arm, looking directly to the creature's closed eyes. He had brown hair and a big nose. His lips were partially open while he held one of our father's finger with his tiny hand.

"We chose an egg, mother." Luke said, showing the dark green egg with his two hands, carefully not to drop it.

"That looks just like the perfect one, my love." She replied, briefly  closing her eyes.

"Vis was too worry flying to help us so Ser Harwin did." Jace snitched on me.

"Not everyday a dragon egg leaves the Dragonpit, I had to make sure it was save until your arrival, my princess." Ser Harwin said, a look full of love in his eyes.

"Thank you, Ser Harwin."

Ser Harwin nodded once, his eyes leaving my mother for not longer than a second.

"Ser Harwin would like to meet Joffrey, dear husband." Mother announced with broken voice, holding her stomach and slightly smiling at us.

"Of course, of course," He said, leaving the babe on his arms and carefully grabbing both my brothers by their collars. "Now, you three, back to Dragonpit. Visenya, take care of them, would you?"

I could only nod my head, ignoring the glare Jace sent at me.

Dragonpit was the darkest, scariest place I had never been in. That was the main reason I did not allowed my dragon to spend his days in such a place.

Dragons should be flying, enjoying sunlight in their scales and sleeping under the sea of stars at night.

Stormbreaker and I had an agreement: he would be free to fly wherever he wanted as long as he didn't hurt anyone. Mother spoke about it with King Viserys, who made me responsible of any indicent that might happened.
