♥️Chapter 8♥️

Rosaline's POV:

I've been stalking chicken lollipop for a month! Yes sooo long,and in this Month I've realized something that I thought I'd never feel so early in life! I'm in love! Yessss , whatever I have for chicken lollipop is definitely not just a crush! At first I thought it was just a crush, but when I found myself saying that even if he never notices me I'll still be for him, j realized that I'm in love with Hunter!

I've never felt anything so strong for anyone else, and each day this feeling only gets stronger! My friends had told me not to stalk him... despite people calling me crazy and forcing me to stop coz of our age gap and me being too young, I never listened. All I want is Hunter! I've been watching him for Soo long and now I yearn for more! I want him to know who I am! He does not have to feel the same way, but I want him to know that somewhere someone truly loves him! And sooo I've come to a decision!

I'm wrote a poem for him! I'll give it to 1 of my friends to give it to him,since he saw me already! It goes like this:
You may not know me
But I know you!
You may not feel anything
When you see me,
But every glance from you builds
Up my heart!
I've heard that a person's heart
Is incomplete until they meet a
Special someone
You're that special someone that completes my heart!
You might never notice me,
But I'll never forget you!

I'm going to give it to him tomorrow. I've waited long enough! "Rose , dear are you sure you want to do this? I mean it's a big step!" My parents have been telling me that I should talk to him first, so we can get to know each other, but why will he want to talk to someone like me! "Mum I can't ,I don't have the courage! Lemme stick to my plan please" I know this is a silly thing to do, but it's my only way to convey my feelings to him!

"You can do it if it makes you happy, but just know that you have to be strong enough to face rejection! He is not going to welcome you with open arms if you doing something sneaky like this!" Mum is right! But I don't have a choice! I can't get myself to speak to him! It's hard, I feel too nervous! I don't wanna make a fool of myself in front of him! Soo Rose, is giving a secret letter to someone not making a fool of yourself? Just keep quiet Rose it's not the Time!

"I'm your neighbor" I say nervously . "Soo you're the freak that wrote this note hmm?" Hunter laughs. I begin to tear up " I didn't know how to approach you,so..." "Soo you wrote me a ridiculous letter, aren't you ashamed of yourself! " I cry hearing his words. "You're my neighbor okayyyy, what shall I do about that? Give you medal?" I instantly wake up. Thank goodness it was just a nightmare! It's time to get up for school.

Today is a big day, it can either make or break my heart! "Shall I try talking to him?" I go to school with this question in my mind! "Becca what should I do?" I'm confused and need urgent assistance. "Look Rose, you've got nothing to lose, I say talk to him! Get to know him, you can give him the letter later on!" Becca is a life saver! I instantly hug her and rush off. I'm going to talk to him. She's right, I have nothing to lose!

"Will y'all accompany me to tell him ? Please for our friendship!" I finally persuade 2 of my friends to come with me to speak to him break time! Finally the buzzer goes, and it's Break! The moment of Truth!

We wait by the boys toilet. It begins to rain! How Romantic! Just like the Indian soapies! Chill Rose! You needa save this energy to speak to your lover! "Where is he? He's usually here by now!" I'm getting eager and impatient and excited, however at the same time I'm afraid and nervous and shy! I really have mixed emotions!

" Are you sure he's in school today?" Justin asks me. "Of course he's in school, I stalked the cycle test time table and he is writing today!" Yep I even stalked his timetable! "It's getting late, maybe he isn't going toilet, let's leave!" Anna says frustratedly. I try to argue back but I can't. I walk sadly, but then I see him . I see my chicken lollipop! My heart fills with happiness. "Guys he's here! Let's go!" With nervous steps we approach him. My heart beat quickening each second!

We stand in front of him and get his attention. Justing clears his throat"ummm she's your neighbor!" A moment of silence fills the place . I am extremely shy, the whole time my eyes are glued to the ground! "She??" He asks and looks at Anna. "Nooo , this one is your neighbor!" Anna pushes me closer. I can feel his burning gaze on me. My cheeks burn more and more, and I lower my head down. "You my neighbor?" He asks surprised. I blush "yesss" I kinda meowed that out. I could barely hear myself!

"No you not" I become confused...how do I explain to him? "Yesss I am" I'm feeling Soo nervous right now. "Where you stay?" He asks me with a tone which I cannot identify. Ohhh damn! I forgot my own address due to the nervousness ! I don't know what to say! "Umm, the yellow house with the number 9 on it,you pass it all the time!" What the hell Rose! That was like something a preschooler will say! And how could I say he passes it all the time? Now he'll know I stalk him!

"Call me when you see me!" That sounded like a command, an order! I look up and take in his appearance. He looks sooo handsome up close! I think he had a haircut recently! I snap out of my thoughts. "Okayyyy, umm whats,....your.... name?" Have to be sure okay? He flashes a drop dead gorgeous smile at me, and my cheeks burn so much, the butterflies are banging my ribcage! "It's Hunter" he shakes my hand and I feel like I'm in heaven! Like my hands belong in his. I didn't let go and we held hands for almost 2 minutes! Longest handshake ever! "And yours!" I'm lost in my Dreamland but then I realize that he wants my name"umm.... Rosaline" we release hands and I instantly run away with my friends.

I turn back once more to look at him, and he is already looking at me! The whole day I smile like an idiot! I feel like I'm floating on clouds. I even saw him walking home,and he saw me and waved. I instantly felt butterflies and waved back. I note down in my diary how awesome today was."Soo finally, we meet, Hunter! Hehe" I giggle to myself as the events replay in my head.
