Yor looks up at the rising sun, his similar earing swaying gently as he walks. Muzan lags behind memorizing the way to school.
"Why did my anuie choose you to walk me? He always walked me to and from school." Yor says with sass, looking back at the alpha.
"I dunno, maybe you annoyed him too much?" Muzan replies rudely, meeting Yor's eyes. Yor grits his teeth and growls in the back of his throat before looking straight.
"Whatever," Yor snaps and crosses his arms while he walks. A silence fills the air, and neither of the boys seem willing to want to fill it. Muzan is content with the omega's silence, and Yor is seething over what Muzan had said.
After a while, they arrive at the school, and Yor walks over to Tanjiro, starting a conversation with him and his friends(Zenitsu, Inosuke, Nezuko, and Konao). Muzan walks away to Daki and Nakime.
"Yoriichi-senpai*? Who's that?" Tanjiro asks Yor nicely, but he wants to glare at Muzan; fortunately, Inosuke sensed his anger and squeezed Tanjiro's hand to calm his future Omega.
"Mm? Oh, that's the new kid. Muzan, he is friends with aniue so Kokushibo made him walk with me..." Yor sighs, "You don't have to call me senpai outside of school, Tanjiro-san."
"Okay, Yoriichi..." Tanjiro says with a small sigh. Just then, the principal, Kagaya Ubishiki, unlocks the school, and everyone heads inside for breakfast.
Muzan walks with Yor to her class since they have nearly the same schedule. Yor is also assigned to show Muzan around the school, which because of this morning she is less than happy about. Muzan sighs after about 10 minutes of Yor's silent treatment.
"I'm sorry for saying your brother probably thought you were annoying.." Muzan mutters, Yor looks at the alpha.
"...Thank you..." Yor says, "I'm sorry as well if I seemed rude... it's just it's something that seemed special to us..."
Muzan nods and looks away, "I'm sure he has a reason..."
The two of them walk into first period, Math.
