"So... What's this new guys name?" I said curiously. "I think his name is Jordan." Really, his name had to be cute too. Well at least I know I won't ever date him. First off, I'm ugly. And second off, I'm really annoying or so I think so. But that's besides the point. All I really want too know is if he actually is as good as they say he is.
Just then, as if everyone was reading my thoughts, everyone started crowding around the race track. A girl walked out in front of the racers and may I say, she looked extremely skampy!!! "Racers, start your engines!" All the engines roared. "On your mark...Get ready...Get set...Go!!!!" And they all zoomed off. Jordan was fast. Very fast. He was also good. Better than good. He was great! He was in the lead no matter what. But I noticed he had trouble drifting the curbs. All I can think right now is that if I were the one down on the track I definitely would have won!
Just then, he crossed the finish line and everyone started crowding around him. I looked over at him and he just so happened to look at me too. I quickly looked away. He was probably looking at someone else. I turned around and saw that he was walking toward my way. I quickly put my head down and went the other way. I decided to go do something that makes me happy and secure. You know just blow off steam. I got my key and headed to my car. It was a 2013 SSC. I got in and zoomed off. I arrived to the playground. Which was what everyone called the fiercest race track of all. I got out and went over to find Damien who is like a brother to me. "Hey bro, what's up?" I said. "Oh you know, not much, just me gonna kick your butt on that race track." He said with a smirk on his face. "Pssshh. You couldn't beat me if I had a broken hand and leg!" I said returning the smirk. "Well lets go then!!!" We hopped in our cars and headed down to the track. We waited for the signal to go and headed off. I was in the lead. I looked back and saw him coming up on me. He must have gotten a better intake! I pressed my accelerator and went a little faster. I looked over and saw he was now passing me up. Dang! Is all I could think. We were coming up on a curve which he was good at but I was better. I was the best in town. I got over and pressed the accelerator a little harder. I passed him up and crossed the finish line. I got out and looked at Damien. "Once again, I won butt face."
I then heard clapping behind me. I turned around and saw that it was Jordan. Of course. "You know for a girl, you're pretty good." He said smirking. "Uhm, thanks I think." I said giving him a confused expression. "I think, I'd like to verse you. You know, on this track." He said. "Yeah right. Look I've got to go. If you want to race me, talk to Damien, he'll set it up. See ya around."
And with that, I got in my car and headed home.
