Hai ash! aaaa, i made another letter for you today, sooo why don't we talk about social anxiety?

How are you? nalalagpasan mo naman lahat diba?

It's super hard talaga to have social anxiety and so i hope you'll know and you'll find a way to recover from it, you know i also had one, up until now I'm still recovering, it takes up alot of time to recover from things such as being afraid of people and to communicate with people.

Take it step by step a day by day, it will be fine, people start at the lowest for them to be able to get to the top, first thing to do is heal from every damage that has been done and leave it all in the past, it's okay to look back on your yesterdays, it's apart of our memories, it's okay to reminisce all the good times you've made with the people you love and loved.

Still, take your time ash. We've been stuck in pandemic for years, i know how hard it is for you and for other people to start a conversation knowing mostly that you have social anxiety.

Take it easy, you'll be fine, people that surrounds you don't look attention on things you do, you're fine ash, you're not judged, it's what your mind seems to tell you, but no. on another side, they're probably talking about you in such a good way, you never know, but negatively it's 2023. I'm sure people nowadays wouldn't judge an individual person who's just trying to live her life, right?

Take time to recover from social anxiety, conversate with people no matter how many they're, for your communication to improve more as time passes, and as time passes, you will be fine too. it will all be fine at the end. you'll be in a fine line, you'll be alright.
