_Jo's POV_(The next day)_
There I was, walking through a gorgeous garden, dressed in all white as Abe walked me down the isle. Henry stood in awe of me; his mouth gaping open, and I chuckled; blowing him a kiss. Brayleigh ran around throwing white petals on the carpet I was walking on, and we laughed. "Come on Brayleigh," I smiled; bending down to grasp her tiny hand. She walked with me over to Henry and plopped down on the ground. "Alright, Miss Attitude," I teased. The priest started talking in a thick French accent and I reached for Henry's hand; interlacing my fingers with his. "You look gorgeous," he whispered. "Thank you. You don't look so bad yourself," I replied. I stared at him dreamily; getting lost in his eyes, and before I knew it, it was time for our vows. Everyone stared at me; waiting, and I snapped out of my trance. "Oh..uh.. Me first? Okay," I spoke. "I remember the day we met. You were just about to cut open a dead person, but I came in and you had to point out that my mascara was crooked, and that I was a drunk.." I began. The priest gave me a strange look and I continued on. "You made me.. Rethink my life choices.. Made me think about whether I was really happy.. As time went on, and I got to know you better, I realized I hadn't been happy in a long time..Not until I met you. Henry.. You are arrogant.. You are strange.. and you used to, and continue to frustrate me to no end.. But you're my best friend and I love you with everything I am.. and ever will be.. Because you've showed me that things are not always what they seem, and they are exactly as they seem at the same time. You are smart.. You are attractive.. You are caring.. and I am blessed to have you," I cried. "Jo.. For years, I was alone.. I looked for death instead of looking for a companion.. And lone behold.. One day a gorgeous, intelligent, drunk walked into my morgue, and both concepts mixed," He started. I laughed; sniffling. "You've given me two beautiful children.. and you're going to give me another in a few months, and we're going to have many sleepless nights.. But for a reason aside from our current reason," he winked. Abe jabbed his index finger towards his mouth; making a gagging noise, and Henry rolled his eyes. "..And I couldn't be happier. Abe told me a while back.. That I may be alive.. Which is miraculous in itself..But I wasn't taking advantage of my opportunity.. Because I hadn't lived in a long time.. Until I met you.. You are my friend.. My lover.. My partner.. and you can turn the worst day into the best day, just by being you. I love you Jo.. More than anything in this world.." he choked out; tears rolling down his cheeks. We exchanged rings and peered in each other's eyes. "Your mascara is crooked," he joked; referring back to my vow. "By the power invested in me, you may now kiss the bride," the priest spoke. Henry leant in and kissed me passionately; pulling me close. "Drunk," he teased. "Freak," I smiled.
