The 'Bedtime Story'

It was Midnight. There was nothing to be heard in the woods. All animals had fled to their homes, in fear of what was to come. A lonely Angel was flying above the woods. Her long, black hair was flowing behind her, creating a contrast on her pure white wings. A sudden howl was heard and she stopped flying. It was about to begin. This was her mission, and only she could complete it. She found the source of the howl, now realizing it wasn't a howl, but more of a cry of frustration. She flew down and landed behind the man silently.

"I know you're behind me, Angel! Do not think I am unaware of your presence," he practically snarled at her. Just hearing his voice sent tingles of delight running down her spine. Where had she heard this voice before? As he slowly turned around she gasped, shocked at the sight before her. It was -

"Alright girls! Time for bed!" A woman's voice shouted up the stairs. Emma Harrison turned to her adopted big sister, Aimee Furlong, and sighed.

"Alright mum!" Aimee shouted. She tucked Emma into her bed before climbing the ladders to her own. After a few minutes, a voice sounded from below Aimee.

"A.J?" Emma began, using her nickname for Aimee. "Who was the man in your book?" Aimee smirked to herself and brought out the book.

"Let's find out," Aimee said, a smirk still present on her face. Emma climbed into her sisters bunk and layed down next to her. Aimee found the page and continued to read.

It was Lucifer. Lucifer was an angel once, but was cast out of heaven for taking another angels wings. He was the devil, Satan, pure evil. He eyes then widened slightly as he took in the beautiful sight before him. There was a time when he saw beauty, like this one, on a daily basis. Ever since that fateful day though, he had not anything nearly as beautiful as the ANgel in front of him.

"You're very beautiful," Lucifer began. Meet me here, every night, same time. The angel always did as she was told and met him everyday. As months passed, Lucifer began to fall in love with the angel girl, and the angel girl him. A few years later, they created another species together. They called them the humans. Once Hakuna, the ruler of the Earth, found out about this, he immediately banished the poor Angel girl  to rot for eternity. Little did he know, Lucifer had made her his queen. And they were both set out for revenge.
