The dancefloor is getting heated and also my body.
"Go Rose! Isayaw mo yan!" my best friend is hyping me up. And it's working.
I'm literally getting hyped up and I feel like I own the dancefloor.
"Woohoo!" as I shout wanting to beat the sound of the music kahit na alam kong hindi ko iyon magagawa.
"Alam mo dapat matagal na natin ito ginawa eh! Dapat matagal na kitang sinasama dito!" pasigaw na sabi sakin ni Elma, ang aking bestfriend.
Paanong magagawa ko ito kung noon ay kinulong ko ang sarili ko dahil sa isang bagay na hindi ko naman dapat sinapit.
I wasted years of being alone and hesitant to make decisions on my own.

I was looking at the guy intently because he was far from the dancefloor.
When I got the better view of his face, that's when I realized that it was not just a random guy.
It was him!
He's sitting in the sofa with his cousins and some girls.
But he is all alone. No one's beside him.
He's just looking at me like I'm his.
But I realized...
I smirked and drank more shots and started grooving with the people.
I met some friends and cousins and I didn't thought that he will be here too.
I guess this bar is very popular.
Hinayaan ko na lang ang mga iniisip at sumayaw na lang. Bumalik ako kay Elma sa di kalayuan at sumabay sa kanyang pag-giling.
"You bruha! Si Jaxon yung lalaki!" I said enough for her to hear.
Nakita ko nanlaki ang mata niya at napahawak sa bibig. "Really?" tumawa lang siya. "Oh! Maybe he's a regular here."

May mga humila pa sa kanya na mga kakilala niya. I just danced until I get tired and a bit dizzy.
Nagpaalam na muna ako Elma at sumenyas na magba-bathroom lang saglit.
I was getting out of the dancefloor and the music was a bit low when I bumped into someone.
"Oh! Rose?" the guy asked me.
He seems familiar but I don't remember kung saan ko siya nakilala.
I'm showing my awkward and clueless face and he understood it.
"Duke! Pinsan ni Jaxon! We've met sa rancho nila Jaxon! Remember?" he asked and offering a handshake.
