This is a Spencer Reid x fem Reader. The reader is his wife who is 36 weeks pregnant (full term is 37-42 weeks) and is still going on cases even though Hotch told her to go on maternity leave.

Here we go:
Y/N P.O.V: It is the coldest day of December, just as me and my husband Spencer Reid are about to leave so we can get home when we hear our beloved JJ comes running out of her office saying "guys, we had a very serious case, it involves a teenager." With that I set my purse back on my desk and run as fast as a pregnant person can.
Once I reach the conference room, I take a seat next to my husband. Once I have sat down Garcia informs us "All right guys, this one is very bad and ugly. As of right now, In Charleston, South Carolina, there have been 3 teenage girls all ranging from the ages of 16-18 who have been killed. One was just kidnapped around 13 hours ago. Now there is the weird thing, all 3 girls were 15 weeks pregnant. All of them looked like they have been tourted before their throats have been cut and their stomachs etched with the word 'whore'."
I can feel tears run down my face. I can currently 8 and half months pregnant with Spencer and I'd first child. A little girl. I feel a hand on my shoulder, I look over to see Spencer. He asks me if I am okay, I say "it kind of hits close to home because of my current state." I can see everyone is looking at me. "I will be fine. I promise." I say. I can tell that Hotch, Spencer, and JJ are not convinced, but right now, I don't really care.
Hotch says to us "we know all the info until we get to Charleston, wheels up in 20'
Time skip to the jet:
As we take off, I don't feel right. I have a bad feeling about this killer. Just as I finish that thought, I start to feel something a lot of tension in my lower back and lower stomach. Just thinking that is just gas, I go to the bathroom on the plane.
After a few minutes of nothing happening, and the tension only getting worse. I decided to text JJ.
