"Where are we going?" JungKook and Haeguk walked towards the small hut in the outskirts of the kingdom. Yeji and Eunwoo follow behind them. "You'll see," Jungkook replied and gave Eunwoo a knowing smile.

They stopped in front of the hut and Eunwoo yelled, "Priest Hoseok, we are here." Haeguk blinked several times when the man wearing a traditional hanbok and a huge cap came out of his hut.

The cheerful smile on his face and a book in his hands, he approached them. "You are here. Let's go inside." Hoseok said and all of them entered the hut.

It was a home with a small interior but the backyard was huge. Plenty of trees all around and pictures of various symbols embarked in the stem of the trees.

Haeguk watched all of these in amazement. It was nothing like she had ever seen. It was fascinating.

She was pulled out of her trance when Jungkook nudged her shoulder. "What are you watching?" He asked with a soft smile playing on his lips as he noticed the glimmer in her curious eyes. "This is so beautiful," she commented and he frowned.

"I know. But I brought you here plenty of times. Don't you remember?" He asked and she shook her head. He bit his lips as he recalled the countless promises he made under the holy tree(Namu). He wanted her to remember them but he wouldn't love her any less if she failed.

Because after what happens today, his promises are meant to be fulfilled in some way. A stepping stone in sealing their bond.

"It's alright, Hae. You don't have to remember. We can build new memories," he assured her and locked their hands together.

Yeji smiled while admiring them. She wanted someone to love her the way Jungkook lives Haeguk. Only if—

"Hold this." She flinched when Eunwoo passed her a tray of various items that are used to make rituals. But why was he asking her to hold them?

Nonetheless, she took the tray from him and stood there, watching him return back to the hut. After a few minutes, he came along with Hoseok and a lady.

"Jungkook?" Hoseok called out and he turned around, Haeguk following his actions. "This is my wife, Haemosu. "Hoseok introduced the lady to the others.  The lady has a pleasant smile on her face as she approached Haeguk.

"Let us go and get you dressed," she said and Haeguk passed her a confused gaze. "What for? For some ceremony? Or ritual?" She questioned but felt Jungkook tightening his grip on her hand.

"For our marriage."

"What?" Haeguk and Yeji screamed together, looking at each other in horror.

"Suddenly?"

"The King will kill us!"

Haeguk and Yeji yelled together again. Jungkook took Haeguk's attention away and made her look at him, holding her face gently with his rough hands.

"Do you trust me?" Jungkook asked, staring deeply into her eyes but she seemed disturbed. "I- This is so sudden—"

"Do you, Hae?"

She blinked several times but nodded reluctantly. She trusted him. But never expected things to take a sudden turn where she will get married to the love of her life.

There were several questions running in her mind.

What if she has to go back in her time?

How will the King of Kaesong react to
this?

What will Taehyung do when he gets to know about this?

What happens after this?

Would Jungkook be harmed if the people get to know?
