First Date

Aaron and I had been going out for a week but because of my busy schedule we weren't able to go on a date so when I had a day off he made sure to plan a date and to be honest I had no idea what to wear. I pulled out my phone and called Samantha. "I need your advice." I told her

"With what?" She replied

"an outfit for tonight."

"I'll be right over." She said before hanging up I sighed happily and flopped backwards onto my bed a smile on my face I was going on a date with Aaron Tveit my boyfriend. I heard a knock on my bedroom door and allowed Sam to come in. "Okay where is he taking you?" She asked me

"I don't know he said he wanted it to be a surprise."

"Okay why don't we pick out a nice skirt and top for you not too fancy and not too under dressed."

"Okay." I said and we looked through my closet when I found a red crop top and my black pencil skirt I put on a pair of black flats and sat down allowing Sam to curl my hair. I then put on some makeup and smiled at my self. "You look beautiful." Sam said

"Thanks." I replied smiling and spinning around Sam laughed "So you ready to blow Monsieur Enjolras away?"

"of course I am Lark." I said

"Hey." Sam said acting like she was hurt and then we both laughed hysterically "Katie you ready?" Aaron asked and I walked out of my bed room Aaron then stared at me with wide eyes. "Wow you look amazing." He said to me I blushed. "Thanks you don't look to bad your self." I said he held out his hand for me and I took it intertwining our fingers. "have fun you two." Sam said I smiled at her. Aaron and I walked together through the streets when I noticed he had a picnic basket. "We're going on a picnic?" I asked he nodded "Yep." He said a smile on his face we got to Central Park and put down the picnic blanket on the top of a hill. We had dinner and desert just laughing and talking when we finished eating we laid down on the blanket I had my head on Aaron's chest he had his arm around my shoulder and we stared up at the stars. "Can I sing you a song." He asked me

"Okay." I said

"Let me catch my breath.

This is really hard.

If I start to look like I'm sweating

"I love you too." I said he smiled and kissed me. "C'mon lets go home." He said I nodded and we cleaned up the picnic and walked back to our apartment. "Can I stay with you tonight?" I asked him

"Why not." He said smiling I went to get into my pajamas and then went into Aaron's room. "Hey beautiful." He said I smiled before yawning. "C'mon let's go to bed you have two shows tomorrow." He said and I climbed into bed with him putting my head on his chest he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my temple I fell asleep a smile on my face feeling completely content.
