"No, it's me" reassured Jungkook smiling, holding his hand and pulling him close.

Taehyung sighed in relief but his attention was diverted as Jungkook's smart brain started ringing. They both looked down at it to realise that Jungkook's father was calling.

"........." the raven simply stared at his watch with pursed lips.

"Go ahead, what's the urgent matter?" asked Taehyung worriedly. 

The raven sighed before receiving the call. As soon as the line was connected they were greeted by an old man's cheery face.

"Kook, the project I've been working on recently-" the man, Mr.Jeon, wasn't even able to complete his sentence when Jungkook interrupted him.

"No investment! I've said it so many times, I won't invest even if it wins the Noble Prize.... Listen carefully, I don't want any involvement in the research you're doing, not even a bit" stated the raven firmly before cutting the call.

His mood souring and body trembling from rage.

"Jungkook..." trailed off Taehyung worriedly holding his hand gently in his own.

"I'm fine, let's go, have lunch first. After lunch, I'll take you back to Basho and in the evening we'll go to the Gym" spoke his husband smiling to which the brunette agreed.

".....What's the name? I'll check it out too" spoke the man.

"This....." Jungkook tried to remember the name but he couldn't for some reason.

Water splashed around Taehyung's slim body as he swam to the side, breathing heavily.

'It's really been a long time since I exercised. I am exhausted. Where's Kook?'

"Jungkook?" called out Taehyung, just to have someone grab him from behind.

"I caught you" whispered the raven in his ear as Taehyung looked at him surprised.

"Oh, you really are-" 

"Don't pretend I know" whispered he in his ear, interrupting him.

"What?" Taehyung asked confused.

"I know you're also a merman" revealed he hugging the brunette close and Taehyung froze.

Taehyung pushed him back squinting his eyes, their legs tangled in the water.

"You're a Merman?" questioned the younger.

"Sort of, we're the same kind"replied the raven, smiling.

'More accurately, I'm the Ruler of Atlantis- A Sea God. But to avoid scaring him, I better not explain it too clearly' thought the older.

"Who cares if you're the same kind as him!" exasperated Taehyung.

'He better not excitedly go for an underwater swim or I'll have to find a Lifeguard to rescue him!' thought the brunette.

Jungkook hugged him by the waist and put his chin on the latter's shoulder "Baby, don't worry. I'll protect you from now".

Suddenly Taehyung was lifted higher by his waist "my real name is Jeo Atlantis Jungkook, um..... Maybe you don't remember this name" stated the raven, his features showcasing worry.

"But it's okay, we have plenty of time to get to know each other" spoke he at last.
