After Charlie left my car, I kept beating myself up about what just occurred in my truck. Her rule was nothing like that, only kissing in public.

I pull out of the parking lot and drive home. Addy is spending the whole day with Adler and apparently Noelle too. They have been super close with each other recently.

When I get home I decide to go on the farm. At my farm, we have horses,cows,chickens and one annoying ass rooster. My favorite horse walks right over to me. Daisy has been by my side through everything.

After riding for a while, the day starts to get colder and I decide I should turn in for the night. It's around 3:30. As I'm walking back to my house a slick Aston Martin pulls down my long driveway. I have no idea who's car it is. A tall, buff figure gets out of the car.

"Are you Hudson Kennedy?" The voice asks.

"Yeah who the hell are you?"

"Stay the hell away from Charlie. Or else."

The figure looks familiar. Once some of the dust clears up, I'm able to make out his face. Callahan Fuddle.

He's the owner of BETA TV. His family is loaded. My dad had to deal with the Fuddles before.

I'm not just gonna let some arrogant son of a bitch come up onto my property and bark orders at me.

"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do about it?"

Callahans hands visibly become clenched.

"She's mine. She made the mistake of getting with you. A lowlife burnt out cowboy who's family is disappointed in him. I'll show you who she wants." He climbs back into his car and backs out of the driveway.

Charlie and I might not be "official" but i'm sure as hell not gonna let some punk take her from me. I assumed that she would be coming back over tonight so we can talk about what happened between us today.

I set out a nice dinner, one of her favorites, Chilli con Carne, and wait for her to arrive. She told me, before everything happened today, that her dad would drive her back to my house.

7 o'clock rolls around and Charlie isn't here yet. She got out of work at 5 so what's the hold up? I call her phone and I'm met with the voicemail. Weird.

She made me get this location tracking app so she could know where I was with her sweet Addy, as she calls her. When I look at her location, she was at a random mansion.

"What the fuck?" I thought to myself. I put the address into my search engine and find that she's at Fuddle Estate. The largest horse farm and home to the some of the richest assholes in Texas.

I call her phone again and it goes straight to voicemail. What the hell man. Whatever. I clean up the food I had made and sit in the living room. I turn on my favorite show, Survivor.

Around 8:30, Adler and Noelle bring my baby girl home.

"DADDY! I missed you so much." She runs and jumps into my arms. I squeeze her tight. I'm so glad my baby is safe with me again.

"Where's Charlie?" Noelle and Adler ask at the same time. They do this annoying thing where they chuckle and slap each other. Cringy right?
