The first day of the first years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry blew past into a blur, they woke up in their new beds with excited nerves bubbling and after a hearty breakfast in the busy Hall, they all rushed to their first classes for the day. Most went early since they were still getting used to the large castle that seemed to like playing tricks on them with the stairs constantly moving around.
Like most lessons, Slytherin and Gryinffdors were placed together since the house rivalry was one of the worst ones out of the four houses. Ravenclaw didn't care about such things and everyone loved the Huffelpuffs and found it hard to hate the smiling, happy-go-lucky students of yellow - even the Slytherins were cordial to them. But the house of green snakes and red lions found it hard to coexist and often butted heads so Headmaster Dumbeldore found it appropriate to put them together to try and lessen the hostility but it seemed always being together brought the worst out of them.
It was quiet in the Transfiguration class with their deputy Headmaster and teacher, Professor McGonagall sitting on the desk in her animagus form, a tabby cat.
Versailles and Regulus were sitting in the front seat while Thanatos was dozing off next to Draco who was slowly getting used to his new presence. Draco found his cousin's family, the Black mysterious, with Regulus Arcturus Black's secret child popping up out of nowhere and the secrets Versailles seemed to convert in the beautiful mansion. He had caught a glimpse of Thanatos' before and found his relationship with his cousin questionable at best.
