I kept walkin around giving pointers to some of the girls and 1v1 others . Some of the girls were good but didn't have the sportsmanship that this team needed . As tryouts were coming to an end I had 7 girls in mind for the team. I would pick 4 Nelson would pick 5 and cam would pick six. They decided to let me pick first for our new team.
"If your name is called step forward please " cam had said .
The first girl I had choosen was one I had kept my eye on for a while.
" valentine please step forward" I had said. I could see the excitement on her face as her eyes lit up.
"Cameron please step forward " she was kind of upset as she had to leave her friends but she looked back praying they would make the team to.
"Kali step forward " her and Cameron's eyes lit up together.
"And Macy step forward " she was about to cry she had tears in her eyes ,I knew she would be a great fit for our team with her amazing spirit and talent.
The others called out who they chose and the girls were told to stay after try out to talk about the team.
" our team name is the untouchables and our first practice is Monday so be prepared and have a good weekend,you guys are dismissed " cam told the girls
As I was walking out Nelson came behind me and jumped on my back .
"Can you got get dinner with me an cam pleaseeeee?" he asked
I love how I barley know this kid but he acts like we have known each other for forever that's the best part about Nelson. There's never an awkward moment between us.
"Yes Nelson if you get off my back before I drop u " I told him
He quickly hopped down and picked me up throwing me over his shoulder .
" NELSON U BETTER PUT ME DOWN RIGHT NOW " I told him.
All I got was a laugh as he kept walking to the car " you smell good ,like vanilla ". He told me
"Thank you ? " I said as he put me down making my face turn a light shade of pink
