Red velvet princess
Chapter sixteen
-Alex's POV-
The next Monday I trudge into university feeling terrible, I shove my bag around my front to take out my water bottle to find it empty.
I sigh, stepping into the lingering black building and into the hall. I use all of my energy to pull myself over to the water dispenser.
Rather that filling up my bottle, I stupidly shrug a plastic cup from the large stack on the left of the dispenser and pull the leaver, the clear cool water fills the cup up to the top, as a large body towers over me. I look over to the body to shake my head.
'Go away jake.' I spit.
'Hello to you too babe.' He smirks.
'Im not in the mood OR your babe.' I toss the cup in the bin and shrug my bag across my body again, after taking out my books.
'Dont be like that. Why didn't you reply to my text?' He asked.
'Because, I deleted your number and wasn't sure who it was.' I said, matter-of-factly.
'Well, you should add it back. I like you.' Jake sniggers, putting his arm around my shoulder.
I flick his hand off and storm into class.
As I sit down my head starts spinning. I really don't feel well.
'Alex? Alex?' A voice calls.
'Ally?' I question the voice.
'You don't look so good.' The voice continues. I stand up to go and ask to fill up my water bottle.
As I get to my feet, my head spins even more, my knees feel weak and my ears are blocked.
'Alex? Alex? Alex! Alex? Alex.' Voices come from ever corner.
'Help.' I squeak.
And that's the last thing I do before blackness.

'Alex?' A husky voice echoes through my brain.
My eyes flutter open to a curly mop towering over me, with piercing green eyes shooting through me.
I'd recognise those eyes anywhere.
'Harry.' I manage to choke out.
I sit bolt right up, to whiteness.
White walls, white sheets, white sofas, white lights white everything.
I hate it.
It scares me, it's like I'm in a dream.
A large arm wraps around me.
'Your awake.' Harry whispers into my ear.
'What happened?' I ask.
'You fainted. Why didn't you tell me you felt ill?' He asks, concern in both his eyes and voice.
'I-I don't know.' I stutter. 'It was J-jake.' I whisper even quieter.
'What?!' Harry gets up. 'What did that idiot do?'
'N-nothing he's just...nothing.' I brush it off.
'You tell me if he so much as fucking touches you.' Harry spits, leaving the room.
