-3rd POV-

Balloon woke up to another
day at hotel OJ around 5am. He was mumbling to himself something about the dream though inaudible. He left the room. The sounds of peaceful snores were heard but they were muffled.

As balloon walked through the hall to go down the stairs he was still mumbling trying to ignore the darkness creeping up on him. He quickly snapped out of his thoughts when he noticed Oj making breakfast. "Good morning.." Oj told him not even realising who he was talking to as he made himself Coffee, Balloon just stayed quiet not responding he was way too tired to talk at the moment as he had only slept like, an hour thanks to insomnia.
Balloon only grabbed a cup and got himself water.

Oj finally decided to see who it was. He wasnt very shocked to see balloon drinking water. Considering they both wake up around the same time. He corrected himself despite being late to do that "ahem" "hello uh- Bal- Balloon" and then said to himself quietly "god that feels weird to say"

Balloon quickly responded with a VERY raspy voice "Oh u-uh h-hi Oj". "Geez your voice sounds weird. Not that it already does..." they then did their own things for like, an hour with awkward silence. [I got lazy okay! -A/N]

•Balloons• POV:
Well this is awkward. I'm gonna go clear my mind outside.
"I'm gonna go outside visit the lake nearby!"

Oops I accidentally broke the silence. Whatever I think he does not care at all. I mean that's what they all think right? Just "Ughh balloon is so annoying just goo I dont carrre you dumb manipulatorrrr" I'm pretty sure that's what they think.

"Just go. Get hurt, dont get hurt I dont care." Oj told me clearly not in the mood.

I walked out the sun barely visible making a small light. Probably 6 or 7 in the morning I thought a soft breeze fell and it was nice. I started walking towards the lake after 30 minutes I finally got there and the sunrise was visible and shone in the reflection of the water. A small light appeared in the water. I quickly notice it and go grab it, it was a card strange pattern was on it

Who left this here I mean it's pretty I might aswell keep it. It's kind of cold though- balloons thoughts got cut off when he noticed the glow getting brighter from the sapphires on the card why is it glowing might aswell ask Oj about it.

I start walking back another 30-Ish minutes pass. And I arrive back I walk in and notice Oj is busy. Never mind I probably shouldn't bother him. I mean why would he awnser a useless annoying manipulative squeaky voice thing like me- GAH why am I thinking like that again. I look back at the card and the sapphires glow even brighter shit its glowing Brighter uhhh- the fuck do I do. I just hold it up to my "Chest" wait do we have chests or- Whatever and just rush to "my" room.
Where nickel just woke up

"O-o-oh uhh h-hi n-nickel, G-good morning" I said. God why do I stutter so much I'm just annoying can't even say a full sentence... WAIT THE CARD SHIT!! "Uhh you good? Not that I care. But still uhh Morning.." nickel responded snapping me out of my thoughts. I instinctively say "I'm a-alright th-thanks th-t-though" I calmed down geez why am I panicked I'm not even part of a Ritual am I? Nah I'm not- i think. I glance at the card realising he wanted to ask about I quickly say "Oh uhh I found this card randomly at the lake- Idont reallyknowwhatitisIjustknowits glowingreallybrightfromwhatever thosestonesare." I said really fast
"...what?? I- uhm did not understand ONE word you said after that part you found it at the lake." Nickel said Greatly confused. "Whatever I dont care" he said walking out of the room afterwards I walked in and sat down on my bed. I held the card in front of me and the sapphires glowed white and traveled into my wrists before I could react

Everything went Numb I was in shock thoughts racing through my head what's going on why am I numb how did those sapphire things enter me. What will happen shit shit what if it hurts like ass- oh God
And then Saphires bursted from my wrist sending a burst of pain through me. Blood was dripping on the floor tears rolling down my "face" everything hurt I coughed out more blood before anything it went numb again more thoughts went through my head oh no oh no oh no oh no oh no oh no not again its gonna hurt too much oh God no shit shit shit

Then the numbness disappears again and then A HUGE pain Was sent through me this time from my back it hurt so much everything hurt more blood poured on the floor I was panicking so much- when I finally somehow calmed down everything still hurt I tried to ask for help even if it hurt I coughed out blood.. I eventually got up despite Pain running through my legs when I did a Weight was on my back.. i noticed the card had disappeared. I tried to not make noise while going to the mirror but it hurt so much when I finally got there I was shocked.

"What the-" COUGH COUGH

"Are these..-"

"W-wings?"

"B-but h-how"

"Im s-s-scared-d... someone h-help"

Balloon said before passing out

Wow now that's a way to start writing anyways i appreciate any criticism I get and will use it to improve in writing also I am not good at describing sorry about that also oh my God I suck at this why did I start writing '~'
