you had just finished a conversation with your parents, the king and queen, about marriage arrangements since you have not picked the hand of any prince / princess they had offered. feeling upset, you leave when your parents dismiss you; while your guard, stan, had been waiting outside, not allowed in during conversations as such. FIRST ENCOUNTER , platonic , 12 ;

a rather filthy boy with a blue and red hat gets escourted in by a knight or two. after they were demanded away, your father, explains to you that he was going to be your right hand guard in just a few days. your parents then leave so you and the boy could get to know eachother. the boy clearly knew some things about you; since you were royalty. though you didnt know anything about him. the boy in the hat blankly stares at you, hoping you say something first.
