I wake with a start and look around me frantically, I was having the weirdest dream. Well it was more like a nightmare, that creepy all black wearing Alpha guy was in it. He had captured me again and I was back in that dungeon room.

Only this time he was not nice to me and was beating me and about to rape me, thank god I woke up. But it still haunted me and I felt gross, used, it just felt too real.

I glanced around again and realized Xander was nowhere in sight. I rolled out of the bed and noticed as I walked to the bathroom that it was much lighter. Did I really sleep for a whole day and night?

I went to the bathroom and washed my face and tried to fix my hair but after sleeping on it for so long it was officially a knotted mess. I half-ass looked for a brush and gave up on finding one.

I exited the bathroom with a yawn and was greeted by Xander with a tray of breakfast food. He had put his tank top back on and was setting the tray down on the bed. He turned to me as I walked up to him.

"Morning sleepy head, I was bringing you breakfast in bed. But your up already."

He looked like he was about to give me a pouty face but once he looked at me and gave me a once over he frowned instead and took the few steps over to me and wrapped me in a warm hug.

I gladly wrapped my arms around him and buried my head in his chest. I instantly felt better the creepy feeling from my dream was gone and I felt safe. I know it was just a dream but it was just sticking with me and putting me in a bad mood.

I heard his voice rumble through his chest, as he tried to pull back but I wasn't ready to let go so I hugged him tighter and whatever question he was asking was lost by him chuckling and hugging me tightly again.

"What's wrong, sweetie? You look so upset, tell me what's on your mind."

I heard his question this time still partially through his chest but I reluctantly loosened my hold and looked up into his handsome face. I had not realized how sexy he looked with his hair all messed up from sleeping. I probably don't look anywhere as good as him after waking up.

I let go of him and sighed to myself as I walked over to the edge of the bed to sit down and attempted to straighten my hair yet again from its tangled mess. I gave up and sat on the edge of the bed. Xander moved the tray to the nightstand so he could sit next to me and wrapped his arm around me.

I leaned into him and rested my head on his shoulder, it was easier to talk to him like this, not having to make eye contact. I cleared my throat ready to tell him about my dream which means telling him about that guy and my being a prisoner.

"Well, I just had a bad dream, it woke me up. It just, it just felt so real, it had people in it from scary things that happened to me. I was actually on the run when you found me, I was captured and I had just escaped when I ran into you."

I paused because I felt his body tense up and I wanted to look at his face to make sure he was OK. I lifted my head and looked at his face, he was staring straight ahead and had this very scary extremely pissed looked on his face. He slowly turned to face me making eye contact.

"Who? Who was it that ... what did they, who was it?!"

I could tell he was trying to keep his cool but the more he tried to talk the louder his voice got and his eyes got darker, he kind of shouted the last part. His arm had gotten tight around my waist but I found myself trying to lean back from his shouting.

Xander noticed this and looked straight ahead again and took a few deep breaths trying to calm himself. Without looking at me he closed his eyes and brought his free hand up to pinch the bridge of his nose.
