The trial.....

I woke up, and I knew I was dreaming cause I was in a castle. I walked around and realised I was wearing a huge dress. I looked down at myself and wondered why I was wearing a dress, I heard someone cough and looked up to see CC stood in an archway. He was wearing a knights armour, I kurtsied ashe walked over to me. He didnt stop until his lips were pressed against mine. Then I woke up...

I opened my eyes to CC, staring intently at me. "What was it you said the other day? Oh yeah, it's not polite to stare," I said trying not to giggle. He shrugged and said, "I can't help staring at you, you are so beautiful. Oh and by the way whilst you were asleep the cops called, they wanted to let you know that Liam's" he said the name like it was poison in his mouth, "trial is today, and they want you to go and testify against him." Just the mere mention of that piece of shits name made me want to gag, I nodded and said "what time?" "Three hours, everyone is going to be there to testify against him seeing as we all saw him," CC trailed off not being able to say what Liam did to me. I placed my hand gently on the side of his face and smiled softly, "ok well I'm gonna go have a shower then get ready, I assume were all meeting at the court?" I asked and CC just nodded.

I got up and had my shower, I finished quickly and got set on doing my hair. I knew I had to look at least a little smart so I put it in my best updo. I did my make-up very subtly, only a little amount of mascara and eyeliner, and a very light amount of pale pink lipgloss. I waled into my closet and found a black 3/4 length sleve shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans. I slid on a pair of black platform toeless heels, and I was ready. I looked in the mirror to check that I was ready for court and I was.

I walkd out and saw CC in s full suit, he looked sexy as hell. "You enjoying the view Miss Jones?" he asked, I laughed and nodded. I picked up my phone and checked the time before sliding it into my pocket. "We've gotta be there in an hour so lets get going," I said as I took CC's hand and picked up my car keys. We walked out of the house and I raced into my car, I still couldnt believe that I had a Cadalac Escalade.

We drove to the court and got there with 10 mins till the trial began. I parked near the doors and saw everyone waiting outside. I got out, quickly follwed by CC. I locked the car and quickly walked over to everyone, I hugged everyone in turn and stole a cigaretter from Andy. I took out my lighter, lit it and took a long drag. "Lucy, you really shouldnt be smoking, not whilst your healing," Chris said kindly, I turned to him and said "I'm sorry, but if I'm gonna have to see the asshole that almost killed me I need to go in calm and smoking makes me calm." He nodded and one arm hugged me again. A woman walked out of the courthouse in a gown and came straight over to us, "Miss Jones, the trial is about to begin. We ned all of you inside now please," she said. I took a long drag, finishing my cigaretter and took CC's hand and walked inside.

We got into the courtroom, I saw where Liam would be sat and I felt sick. I saw the jury and they all lookedlike kind people, but who knows. I sat down where I was told to and the judge walked in, we all stood up as she did. I was so thankful the judge was a woman. They did all the ususal stuff like they do in tv shows, then they call Liam in. He looked straight at me and smiled, I saw that he still had bruises from when my besties the AA guys kicked the shit out of him. I smiled on the inside. Liam swore the oath and sat down, then they two sides argued for a while then the prosecution called me to the stand. I got up, pushed my sleves up hoping my huge amount of tattoos on show didnt make me look stupid. I went to the stand and swore but not on a holy book cause I dont give a shit about religion and am definitely not religious.

P: Miss Jones, please may you explain what happened at your half brothers home three weeks ago.

L: I went to my brothers house with my boyfriend because Mr Rosser (Liam) had already tried to rape me at my own home and by boyfriend wanted me to be safe. I was at my brothers house and Mr Rosser arrived, he attempted to punch my best friend Miss Anderson and Mr Pitts blocked him. My friends Mr Worsnop, Mr Bruce, Mr Cassels, Mr Bettley and Mr Liddle beat him up and I bent down to his level because he was lying on the floor to tell him to leave me and my friends alone, I looked away for a moment and in that moment he had slit my throat.
