After a brief hiatus First Mate Ashton and Captain Skully resurface.

"We need all the rowing power we can muster up. Losing two men won't slow us downunless we stop rowing for the day," Salange begins.

"Aye, Captain," Skully remarks.

"If we continue full steam ahead, we will arrive by nightfall. If your men are able, I suggestwe proceed according," Salange finishes.

"I will check with the men," Skully replies.

"A storm is moving in west of us," Murray shouts.

Captain Skully hustles back, "The men want to beat out the storm. They are rowing asfast as they can to make it to the far depths by nightfall."

"Superb, Captain Skully! Your men are the most proven of all!" Salange encourages.

Darkness shades the S.S. Colossus as it charters along the sandbar until the furthestremote island is reached. A wicked storm of hail, gust, and lighting sweeps across thefar depths. A man from the crew is struck by lighting and perishes instantly while outscavenging the island. Dawn breaks and they bury the poor soul.

Eight hours or so pass by and no reports of an ancient book turn up.

"Here! Quickly!" Ashton shouts.

After another ten-minute dig they uncover a chest. Captain Skully breaks it open. Insidelies a purple covered book with the title reading, A Collection of Souls. Captain Salange flips through pages only to find her father's name listed. Beside his namelie a spell listed for reincarnation.

"We will perform the spell. Gather the supplies requested with your men," Salange orders.

"Aye Aye, Captain," Skully agrees.Quickly the supplies are gathered on the shore. The spell is enacted.

"Thank you for freeing me, Salange," he says.

Out west three villainous mega ships form.
