joe sighed as he turned off his phone.
"are you okay, babe?" marlenia said as she put her legs on his lap. marlenia was joe's girlfriend. the two had started dating a bit after he broke up with julia.
"we need to talk." marlenia tensed.
"im so sorry, joe. it only happened once. i didn't even know the guy. i was drunk and it didn't mean anything. i love you and you only." marlenia said as she stood up in front of joe.
"what?" joe asked as he stood up.
marlenia's eyes looked like they were about to pop out of her skull. "you didnt know i cheated?"
"no i didnt. but thanks for making this easier." joe mumbled walking into the kitchen of his house.
marlenia followed him. "making what easier?"
joe turned to look at her beofre looking down at his phone. "im breaking up with you."
marlenia broke out into tears. "is it because of that bitch?"
joe's eyes shot up to look the girl in fromt of him. "she's not a bitch. get your shit and get the fuck out."
marlenia huffed before grabbing her purse off the counter and walking out."
joe watched her walk out the door. his phone went off with a instagram notification signaling that someone posted.
