Chapter 6: She's Mine

Niragi POV //

I know y/n is getting pretty fed up with me going to all these games. The truth is I'm enjoying them too much, although I'm almost certain she already knows that.
I do want to get us back to the real world, but letting out all these years of pent up anger feels great so I'm just enjoying it while I can.
I love y/n and she would be stupid to think I didnt, I was going to propose to her after all. This world is definitely not the place to be doing something like that.
What I told her is partly true, I do want to get the cards so we can go home, probably just not as soon as she wants us to.

As I exit the last game for the day, earlier than usual. I can feel the adrenaline pumping through my veins. I don't think anything could possibly beat this feeling.
I get into the car, excited to spend my night with y/n. She always knows how to make me feel better, although recently I feel like she's not enjoying it as much as she used to. Could there be someone else?
It could be a possibility with how much I leave her alone at the beach, but surely with making it up to her at the end of everyday, she shouldn't need anyone else. I give her the time of her life. Not to mention how many people I've threatened or killed to make people back off.

As I approach The Beach, all I can hear is the sound of music and laughing. Walking inside I keep my eye out for y/n, but I don't see her.
I make my way to our room and see a light from under the door. Could she already be waiting for me?
I open the door to see y/n sat on a chair and Chishiya kneeling in front of her, holding her arm.
"What the fuck is this?!" I run over and grab Chishiya by the shirt, pulling him onto the floor. I sit on top of him and lift my fist, but before I could land the punch, y/n grabs my arm.

"Don't hurt him! He's helping me!" I hear y/n shout from behind me, her arm covered in blood.

I quickly stood up.
"Did he do this to you?!" I turned back to Chishiya ready to kill him.

Suddenly I heard another voice from behind me "I found those bandages you needed" it was Kuina, she took one look at the situation and froze.

"Can someone explain to me what the fuck is happening?" I tried to lower my voice, but there was still anger in it.

"Y/n got hurt, I was the one who called Chishiya here to help y/n after I saw the blood" Kuina responded. "Please don't blame y/n, it was my fault" she added.

"I wasn't blaming y/n. I was blaming this little dick" I replied, pushing Chishiya back.

"It's not his fault Niragi." Y/n looked sheepishly towards me, but her demeanour suddenly changed "He was the one who helped! Where were you?!" She pushed me away and she helped Chishiya back his feet.

How dare she pick another man's side over me. I'm gonna kill him.

Just as I began to approach Chishiya again, he spoke suddenly. "It's funny how you're mad with me, but not the person who did this to y/n" He stood with his usual smirk. I wanted to hit it straight off his face. But what he said angered me more. Who did do this to her?

I put my gun over my shoulder and nodded for Kuina to follow me "get her cleaned up and you better be gone before I get back or your dead" I ordered Chishiya "make sure you watch where you put your hands" I added before Kuina followed me out of the room.

"Take me to whoever it was" I could feel the anger in my voice. Kuina nodded towards me, not saying a word.

We walked towards the bar area. "What happened?" I questioned Kuina.

"I'm not 100 percent sure, y/n was getting us a drink and a guy came out of nowhere with a knife, she managed to push him away, but not before he caught her arm with it" Kuina looked worried. Hopefully for the guy I'm about to put a bullet in.

We looked around for him for about 40 minutes, questioning everyone where he could be until someone finally pointed us in his direction. He was stood at the end of the hallway with a murderous look in his eyes, while holding the same knife he used on y/n.

"I've heard you've been looking for me" he snarled with a smile on his face, not breaking eye contact.

"What the fuck is your problem?!" I shouted as I aimed my gun towards his head. He just laughed.

"Just kill me. Like you do to anyone who dares go anywhere near your precious little girlfriend. Just like you did to my brother!" he began running towards me with his knife in the air. It took me a moment to process what he just said, before aiming my gun towards him and pulling the trigger. He fell to the ground, coughing up blood.

As I approached his body, his eyes were still on me.
"At least my brother got a quicker death. All he did was offer to buy y/n a drink. You killed him! I hope you burn in hell!" He began coughing up more blood.

"Maybe you should of learned from your brother" I whispered before I rested my gun against his head and pulled the trigger.

Blood slowly pouring from him.

"No one touches my girl" I snarl at his corpse.
I noticed a crowd seemed to gather round, looking in shock towards his lifeless body.
"Let this be yet another lesson to you all! No one goes near y/n!"
I begin to walk back to my room towards the crowd and they quickly dispersed.
Chishiya better be gone, or that's another body to add to my seemingly never ending list.
