"I just don't understand why you're leaving." Adamma rolls her eyes at the sentence, it was the tenth time that day she heard Bucky say that. And it wasn't even noon. As usual, they were discussing Adamma leaving back to the states. The only reason she wanted to leave was to go and check up on Makena who was currently staying in New York. Of course, Bucky supported that, until she said she would be staying for over a month. Now that is when he was in full objection.

"Makena is perfectly fine. T'Challa, Okoye, and Ayo check in with her all the time. I don't see why it's necessary that you have to practically move in with her." He made some good points. But, she was worried about the girl. She wasn't even 21 yet. And Adamma did not like that Makena and Shuri weren't on good terms. They hadn't even talked since she left. That was a huge problem. "You act like I'm moving there permanently. I can't even stay longer than a month or the UN will find me."

Bucky scoffs, "That's exactly why you shouldn't be leaving at all. You're lucky that haven't already found you. You leave every week which is dangerous enough." When he said every week, he of course was reffering to when Adamma left to visit Erik and check on the outreach center. Adamma sighed, running a hand through her hair, she walked towards the hut, Bucky following behind her. "Tell me the real reason you want to leave. I'm tired of hearing all these lies from you. Tell me what's really happening."

Adamma shook her head, glancing at him as she sat down. "Nothing's happening."

Bucky scoffs, standing in front of her. "Come on, doll. I know something's wrong. You wake up in the middle of night dripping in sweat. You freeze up random times during the day." He points out, she stayed quiet, lowering her head. "You can trust me, Adamma. Please, just tell me. I can help you." Bucky brushed her hair back gently, she slowly looked up, tears threatening to fall. "But that's the thing, Buck. You can't." She stood up, moving past him, she suddenly froze, her eyes flashing yellow as he rushed towards her in concern.
