Kusuo, after coming home from school, found a note on his bed. There was nothing particularly out of the ordinary about it, save for it's presence in his room of course. It was simply a sheet of paper that had been folded in hald and placed on his pillow. Before you ask, psychometry didn't reveal anything either, leaving a very confused and frankly unamused psychic. [ That's weird .] He thought to himself, inspecting the paper over before unfolding it in order to read.

" Hey little brother~! It's been a while, meet me in the gym of your school, I've got a surprise for you ~

         - Love, Kusuke "

After releasing a dramatic and drawn-out sigh of annoyance, Kusuo began to ponder the possible repercussions of ignoring the letter. [ On one hand I could really use a nap, and I'd rather not deal with him right now if I can avoid it.. ] he mused, twirling the paper in his hands, [ On the other hand, he definitely has the foresight to put a failsafe in place. As much as I hate to admit it, he knows how to make me play his stupid games.. Whatever, it's probably something dumb anyways, I'll just go get it over with. ]

With that he was off, having teleported to the gymnasium of his school building. Instead of being met with his idiotic brother's face, there was.. nothing? Nothing at all. [ Strange. ] he commented, glancing around the darkened room in search of clues. There, of course, were none.

[ Figures. He's getting lazier each year, I swear.. ] the psychic commented to himself, getting ready to walk back home. Yes, he could teleport technically speaking, but maybe he would stop by a cafe on the way to make up for the annoyance that had befallen him. As soon as he reached his hand out to open the exit door he froze in place, blood running cold as ice to compliment the statuesque stillness that had overtaken him. [ Wait. No he isn't? What am I missing? He wouldn't just let me go like that, would he? ]

Paranoia. That's all it was, right? Kusuke could be anywhere, why would he be here?

Kusuke could be anywhere.

Despite the very real fear that had mingled with his thoughts as though they were visiting home, Kusuo couldn't help but be annoyed above all else. [ This is just silly, seriously what's a guy like me doing being afraid of his own brother? ] he questioned, sighing as he reluctantly returned to the middle of the gymnasium. He glanced around the room with a blatant disregard for the situation, but despite himself he focused on every small detail.

During his new, adrenaline fueled, scan of the room he found a crack in the wall that he was sure had not been there originally. Behind the crack was a hole, and within the hole was a note.

" Good job finding this The next one won't be so easy, okay? ~ Go ask that one girl to take you to a café, you'll find your next clue there ! ☻

                             - Love, Kusuke "

[ What is this, a scavenger hunt? ] the psychic chuckled, [ And who is "that one girl"? Does he mean Teruhashi? ]

With a groan Kusuo realises that his brother did, in fact, mean Teruhashi. [ Great, this is just how I wanted to spend my week. ] he complains, [ I better get to it if I want to finish this stupid game. ]
