Uyir arranged her stuffs in their room... She doesn't want to do anymore work today as her mood was already spoiled

Even though Shiva tried to speak everything is fine but she understood something was off...

Uyir tried to call Tisya but it was switched off so she called Innisai .... She explained what happens yesterday after they reached their home... About Tisya's parents visit and them saying about what Magil and Tisya hid from All other family members mainly Gowri.....eventually Uyir know that back but didn't said Gowri Or anyone she understood her friend's pain.... Still she knows when Gowri came to know about that surely she will get hurt as her kids hide this from her.... Also Aadarsh who is supposed to go to Harvard University for his specialization to join his dream job as Archeologists in ASI...... And decided to become an history professor here itself... He went to interview yesterday that's why he didn't attend the function even that info reached the family members through someone else........ What saddened Uyir most was Gowri didn't said anything and asked both Magil and Aadharsh after knowing all... She pacified Tisya's parents and sent them back.... Aashitha scolded both even then Gowri didn't said anything and left to her room silently... Even in morning she went to her college normally but didn't spoke to anyone....

Uyir know her mother was hurt..even she was also reason for that.... Nothing was on track and Jayadev's anger when she asked about his parents also didn't settled well with her...

She sat on the bed and leaned on the headboard... Her eyes feel on a file.... The same one Magil gave to her 1 week back... And said it's regarding the details she asked him to dig about Dev group of companies...

She got down from the bed and took the file and came back to the same position and opened it to read....

Each and every information metioned there confused her even more. Seemed like her head will blast with all this new information... There is hell lot of question raised in her mind after reading it... The only person who can answer is not ready to say it now... That irritated her more...

From that document she got to know the highest share holder of Dev group of companies is..... Jayadev and his wife that is her...

And Shekar had zero management skills he was running the industries in loss but hide them from outer world when Jayadev took up the CEO position he exposed the loss and blamed it on Jayadev and did tried to snach Jayadev's Position indirectly but couldn't succeed in  that try....

And he gave CEO position to Jayadev not because he is the heir but to save his shares in the company...

In clear terms.... 60% shares belongs to Jayadev from the beginning only 10% is in Shekar's share and 10% goes to trust remaining 20% is shared between many shareholders...

By the clause Shekar can be CEO only till Jayadev graduate... If he didn't give Jayadev the chairman position once he graduate... Shekar would loss his 10% shares..... To save that only he gave that position to Jayadev...

And after Jayadev's marriage his 60% share will parted into two that is 40 and 20%

only that 20% solely belong to him other 40% is shared between his wife and him... And both need to agree to sell or do anything...that makes Uyir the second powerful shareholder in Dev group of companies......

That was tricky who made that will was unknown to them... Magil couldn't able to find it but he found something else that 10 years back when Shekar tried to turn the shareholders against Jayadev and throw him out of the chairperson post even though Jayadev had Higher share... He doesn't know what was happening then... Let's say he was new to the business world and Don't know about Shekar's cunning plan... He was blaming himself for the loss they faced that time someone supported him and wanted him to be in that position and that person only had 2 percent share in Dev group of companies still no one could go against his wish.... That person didn't came to board meeting but his order reached the members and they agreed in fear they don't want to mess with that person......

That person was Shivashankar and that 2 percent share was in Mugilan's name.......

This information did shocked Uyir.... She remember when they left her house her father gave her a task to find herself why he asked Jayadev about his parents.......

That means Shiva do know everything.... And also one thing was sure Shekar and Meenakshi didn't adopted him instead he was the one who adopted them.... Then where is his biological parents.... They are alive or not.... No answer...

Shiva know the answer even he won't say her.... If he wanted to let her know he would have said it long back but he didn't...

And Jayadev is not going to say her anything...... Why he have to hide this from the world... What happened to his parents... Who wrote that will and add those clause might know about Shekar's  acquisitive self and more precautious.....

Now Jayadev is not that weak and Naive person like when he first entered this business world... He was demon now and have superior aura..... Also caught many of Shekar's plotting and tackled them.... Even after knowing Shekar's evil mind why he still keeping him around him and treat them as his family...

And yes she was sure Jayadev agreed to marry her because of their constant nagging and Mithra's stubbornness... Even though she wasn't his biological sister he did love her like his own sister he agreed to marry Uyir because of Mithra's obsession towards Aadharsh....

He went to meet Uyir with that sour mind set only but he fell for her and married her because he liked her to... Somewhere he couldn't let go of Uyir strangely when he thought about marrying Uyir... Maya's  topic didn't came to his mind which always happened when some other girl tried to get closer to him

Uyir couldn't take it all in single days it's confusing her too much.... That man is confusing her more and her mother's silence all together was making her restless....

Yesterday she actually thought all problem is solved and they will start a new phase but the problem and complications is just now started... Which have to be solved one by one.....

She decided to finish this Maya task first today then she will take care of others....... She took a deep breath and moved towards the wardrobe and kept that file safely in the locker and layed on the bed with everything oscillating in her mind......

I thought of adding Jayadev and Uyir's conversation here itself but I changed my mind.... We will see them in next chapter..
