I was scared. My life felt like it was ruined for sure. What would I do now...? Where would go?

The sunshine rose across the Winter Sea and into the sky, lighting up all of South Korea. The rays of light bursted through my pink curtains and directly onto my pale face. It finally catches my light brown eyes, causing me to pull my cute neko pillow over my face. I tried to lean to the side, but I ended up falling off my bed and onto the wooden floor.

"Oooooowwwwaaa...aish!" I got myself up and rubbed my tired eyes, holding my raindrop plushie.

"Seoul, are you ok," yelled my aunt from downstairs. I got enough strength to stand up and walk down to the kitchen with my green pastel blanket wrapped around me. There, I could smell the delicious bacon pancakes she made and the sizzling sausage from the pan.

"I-I'm fine Aunt Kim. Just somewhat fell off my nice cozy bed," I smiled. My aunt smiled back and rubbed my messy hair.

"Not somewhat. More like you fell like an avalanche out of bed," laughed Aunt Kim. I laughed back and took off my blanket, folding it neatly, placing it on the couch. I sat in my chair at the table and Aunt Kim brought over the food.

"So Aunt Kim, what lesson will we have today," I asked politely.

"No lesson for this school week. I signed you up for 10th grade last Tuesday, meaning you're going to have to go to school today as a new student. You and I are going to be busy and have responsibilities from here on out. So from now on, lessons on the weekend."

"B-b-but-."

"No buts' Seoul. Now hurry and eat up, or else you're gonna be late for school." I felt a little down and pouted while eating my breakfast but it wasn't going to be that bad right? I finished up the last bit of my bacon and placed my dirty plates in the sink.

"I placed your school uniform and your backpack with the materials you need in your closet. Let me know if you need any help ok?"

I headed upstairs in my pink slippers and opened my closet. There, hanging was a navy blue uniform with a very shiny golden pin on a pocket with a dark grey skirt underneath((admin~ tbh, I find s.korea's uniform's very unique in way. Better than America's.sorry not sorry 0-0)). I took off my pj's and dressed myself in the school's uniform. I grabbed my backpack and already it felt a bit heavy with all of those notebooks and textbooks. I suddenly got the feeling that I was forgetting something somewhere in my room. I looked around and searched for the thing I was forgetting. I lifted up my blanket from my bed and lying in the corner was my handy dandy witch wand. I carry it with me everywhere go so I told myself, why not bring it with me to school? I unzipped my backpack and placed the wand gently into the somewhat cramped backpack. I zipped my backpack up and placed it on my back, slipping my arms through the two wide straps. I headed downstairs getting ready to put my red converse on until I felt a hand be put on my shoulder.

"Seoul...," Aunt Kim asked.

"Yes Aunty," I replied as I looked back. Her hands were at her hips and she took both of them and unzipped my backpack. She took out my wand and wobbled it back and forth.

"Don't bring a wand to school for goddess's sake! I want you to at least act like a normal teenager at a normal school. Besides, don't tell anyone that you're a witch. Who knows, maybe one of those kids there could be Whispers," explained Aunt Kim. She placed the my onto the table and went back to placing her hands at her waist.

"Just...be safe ok? Danger always has it ways of finding us," Aunt Kim worried. She went walked forward towards me and gave me a big hug.

"Have fun. And make good friends ok Seoul?" I nodded and Aunt Kim smiled. She pushed my brown bangs away from my forehead and kissed it like a good luck charm. She zipped up my backpack and gave me one last hug. I put my converse on and opened the door.
