Ice Cream (Elizabeth Olsen)

Lizzie's POV

"How are you feeling?" My best friend asks me as we walk out of the courtroom. I look at her and then I look at my now ex-husband Robbie. I sigh and nod my head "Yeah, I finally accepted it." I say and she nods her head. "You know we've had for a long time no spark between us and we had to end it before it would've gone ugly between the two of us." I say to her and she nods her head. "Yeah, you are right. It is always the best to end it before it gets ugly." I nod my head and we get into the car.

After the divorce, I took a two-day break from the set of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. After the two days were over I had to go back to the set and continue my life like nothing happened. I have to say that I would have thought that it would be more difficult for me but it is not. I am kinda of glad that it is this way because I can move on quicker and continue with my life and open myself to new relationships.

I walk onto the set and see that we have a new food truck on the set. As I walk closer I see that it is an Ice cream truck. I love ice cream and if it is for free I love it more. Before I can walk over to the truck my assistant says that I have to get ready as soon as possible since my scene is next.

A few hours later my scenes are finally over and I can walk over to the Ice cream truck. I change my outfit and walk towards the truck. I stand in front of the truck and see the owner of the truck handing a crew member one ice cream cone and I have to say he looks hella fine. I then look at the menu and see that they have a Wanda Maximoff ice cream flavor. As it is my turn he looks at me and smiles.

"Hey, what would you like to order?" He asks with a smile on his face. "Can I get a-" Before I can finish my sentence he interrupts me "Let me guess, you want the Wanda Maximoff ice cream?" He asks and I smile at him and nod my head "Yeah." I say "Coming right away." He says. "Which flavor do you have in that ice cream?" I ask him. "It is a raspberry ice cream with blackberry swirls. It is colored like Wanda's colors." He says again with a smile on his face.

I kinda like how he smiles. It looks so cute on him. "Do you want something else?" He asks. I shake my head and then he gives me the ice and as I reach out to the ice cream our hands are slightly touching. At that moment my whole arm gets goosebumps and I kinda blush at the contact. "Thank you." I say and smile at him. "You are welcome." He says and then I leave the truck with a massive blush on my face.

The Next Day

It is 4 PM and I have been at the set for over three hours I had already four cones of Wanda Maximoff Ice cream since I loved the taste of it. "Lizzie, can I ask you something?" He asks me as I stare at Y/n the entire time. "Lizzie?" He asks me again and this time I look at him "Did you say something?" I ask him. "Can I ask you something?" He asks me and I nod my head "Am I sensing it wrong or are you kinda liking Y/n?" He asks me and I nod my head.

"Why aren't you trying to do a move on him?" He asks me. I sigh and look at Benedict "I have tried the entire day but every time I am about to tell him I chicken out and order another cone of ice cream." I say and he laughs at me. "He is also 12 years older than me!" I say and he stops laughing and looks at me "Have you ever thought about dating a younger guy?" He asks me. I nod my head "Yeah, I thought about it a few times but I am not sure." I say to him.

"Just get up and talk to him." Benedict says and I nod my head and get up and walk over to him. He sees me and before I can say anything "I am not sure if it is good when you eat so much ice cream within a short time?" He says and I smile at him. "I am not here to order another ice cream cone." I say and he nods his head "Okay good." He says. "I am here to ask you something." I say and he nods his head.

"I don't know if it may sound crazy but, are you by any chance single?" I ask him and he laughs and nods his head "I see where this is going. And to answer your question, yes I am single." He says and I smile at him. After that, we talked for a straight hour, and at the end of the hour he asked me for my number I gave him my number and then I left him and walked over to my scene with a pretty big smile on my face.

Two months later

We are wrapping up the movie today and I am sad but I am also kinda happy. I am sad because I can't now see my boyfriend the entire day but I am also happy because I can finally relax for a little bit before I start filming some other projects. Yeah, you have read it right. Y/n and I are together. We became a couple after the first week when we started texting. And since then we are a couple and we are very happy.

At first, I thought that he wouldn't be with me since I am 12 years older than me but he said that age is just a number and he loves me and he is into the relationship with everything he has. Yeah, he also said that he loved me. I also said it back but he was the first one who said it. You may think that we are moving too fast but the moment I saw him it felt like I met my other half and it didn't change since then.

We are literally each other's soulmates. And I know that this relationship is nothing temporary it is until the infinity and beyond. We both think that way. I can see myself getting older with him and also having kids with him. I know it is still early but like I said I feel like I have known him since forever. My sisters even love him which is rare. They took ages to like Robbie but with Y/n it didn't take even an entire day. They loved him right away.

Ashley even said that when I don't marry Y/n I would be the dumbest human alive. Believe me when I say that when my sisters are approving someone the person is really an angel on earth or in Y/n's case a very good guy and the right person for me. After both of them approved it was kinda obvious for me to have thoughts of marrying him.

One day I know he will propose to me and we will have kids together but for now, we are just enjoying each other's company and living our life.
