"Just get settled, my dear, and I will be back shortly to check on you!" Nadja said sweetly, closing the door to Max's room.
She let out a frustrated growl as she stormed off in the direction Nandor had left.
She found not only Nandor but her husband Laszlo, along with Colin Robinson.
"Ah, hello, my Darling! Nandor here tells me you brought us back a Virgin! Got a tad hungry, did you?" Laszlo asked with an amused chuckle.
"Shut your gob for one moment!" Nadja said with an aggitated tone.
"None of you are to lay so much as a finger on that boy!" Nadja sneered coldly.
"You can't just hog a vigrin!" Nandor said in disbelief.
"He is not. For feeding!" Nadja reiterated loudly.
"He is my son! I adopted him, " Nadja remarked bluntly, earning a silence from the group.
"I-Is that allowed?" Colin asked in uncertainty.
"Are vampires allowed to adopt humans?" Nandor chimed in. Uncertainty in his voice.
"It does not matter anymore! Because I signed the papers, I went to the Shitty Nun's house to adopt him and he is here now!" Nadja remarked firmly, cutting the discussion off.
"And if any of you touch so much as a single hair on his head, I will RIP YOUR BLOODY ARMS OFF AND SHOVE THEM UP YOUR ARSE!" She snapped warningly, raising her tone.
Nadja was quick to storm away, leaving the three other Vampires in slight shock at her outburst.
"Fucking Girl" Nandor grumbled under his breath, returning to the book he held in his hands.
Nadja returned to the room she had led Max too, finding him hanging what little clothes he had in his new closet, a small huff escaping the woman as she managed a small smile.
"So Maxwell! You are all settled yes?" She asked curiously, startling the teen.
"O-Oh! Yeah, pretty much. Not like I had much to bring with me" He said in a slight startled jump.
She would let out a soft chuckle at the startled expression the boy held, making her way to his bag, intent on helping him unpack, a curious hum escaping her as she pulled out a silver cube, with cords dangling from it.
"What is this device?" She asked curiously, tilting it.
"That. Is my Game Cube" Max stated, cautiously but gently taking the device from the woman.
"Game....cube?" Nadja repeated, a confused tone to her voice.
"Yeah, it's a game console, an older one though, It's like the only thing I've been able to buy except my cellphone" Max explained with a quiet chuckle.
"Got it at a pawn shop when I got my phone. I had to keep it hidden from Sister Sadia, she was convinced video games made people violent" He continued, pausing with a slight apprehensive expression.
"You wouldn't happen to have a...T.V or something to hook this thing up on?" He asked hopefully.
Nadja paused, curling a lip in thought.
"I'll take that as a no"
