Naruto the Gamer of shinobi (Up for adoption)

Quest Time!

A/N: I'm sorry for the constant POV changes, I've decided on 3rd person in the end as I think it makes for a more compelling story, once again I'm sorry but this will be the final change unless I need to change the POV to Naruto's for a short period in order to better explain how he feels about the situation.

 You may also notice I got rid of Shinjutsu, Chakra Absorption Jutsu, Summoning jutsu, Bojutsu and Jujutsu, I just didn't see a point in having them, the Shinjutsu are far to powerful, chakra absorption jutsu all come under other types of jutsu, all summonings are space time ninjutsu, Bojutsu just comes under Bukijutsu anyway and their is only 1 Jujutsu he could get. Also completely forgot to add the storage seal to Naruto's jutsu library, as he learnt them from Minato. Finally I got rid of perk points, I want a lot of perks to be unlocked so it would be entirely pointless.

'Ok so, what quest first?' Naruto thought as he walked out of his apartment.

"We should go to the Hokage first, their is many things he could do for us in terms of getting on with these quests. And with unlocking some more perks." Kurama replied.

'Alright,  but what should we tell him? Just asking him for the stuff on the quest list will be weird.' He asked back.

"Hm, start by asking about yesterday, first your defeat of that imbecile should be bare minimum a B-rank mission, but considering that scroll maybe even an A-rank." His new friend answered.

"WAIT REALLY? HA SUCK IT SASUKE. I GOT AN A-RANK BEFORE YOU." The overactive blond shouted, earning stares from people nearby and showing he was still just that, regardless of his new power.

"Heheh." Kurama giggled at his reaction "Any way, after that ask about chakra paper and information on chakra control exercise, making sure you can control chakra is very important and will make him more willing to give you chakra paper."

'Right.' Naruto answered hastily, trying to ignore the stares of everyone around him.

"After that, we will take our first risk, asking him about the book of Ninshu, if he even knows what it is and decides to ask about it, you can inform him after Mizuki telling you about me, I pulled you into the mindscape and argued with you and brought some things up." She said a slight bit of tension lacing her voice. "If that goes well, tell him I also inadvertently told you about your parents, and ask about Uzushio, the more he tells you the better."

'Ok but what if it goes wrong.' Naruto thought quizzically.

"We hope it doesn't, if he thinks I took over, we have been thrown straight in the deep end." She said, as Naruto turned the corner and finally saw the Hokage building.

'Oh, so, make sure he doesn't think we are friends. That's easier said than done but, I think I got it.' Just as he thought this, he ran through the front office. "HEY, MISS SECRATARY I'M GOING TO TALK TO JIJI!"

"HEY WAIT, YOU CAN'T JUST GO IN THERE, HE IS THE HOKAGE." She screamed back, but was too late as Naruto had already thrown open the door.

"Hi Jiji! He said, a well known foxy grin adorning his face.

"Hello there Naruto, doing better? I'm sure yesterday was rather shocking for you." The Hokage said, matching Naruto's grin with a kind smile of his own.

"Yeah I'm better now, but I got a few questions." As he heard this the Hokage sighed, he'd been expecting this, he'd hidden the truth from Naruto far too long and had likely damaged his trust, he knew whatever Naruto asked him he'd have to tell the truth. "What rank mission was beating Mizuki, and taking the scroll back, I think it should be an A rank."
