Meeting Edward's human mate wasn't what Aurora had planned for the day but upon Alice's vision and Edward's confirmation, it seemed it was inevitable.

She was hesitant as Alice dragged her towards Edward's room, where they could obviously hear the young couple's playful conversation.

When the human had first arrived at their home, Aurora stuck to her own room, which faced the driveway. She had unfortunately locked eyes with the young girl who curiously glanced at the home, but the human had quickly looked away. Her heart had skipped a beat, either scared or nervous. Therefore, she avoided the human girl.

Alice had later barged into Aurora's room, an excited grin on her face as she pulled her along. Jasper had let out a amused chuckle as Aurora looked back at him in exasperation.

Walking to the door, Edward invited them in. As they entered, Edward had pulled the embarrassed human into his lap.

"Go ahead," Edward encouraged as he chuckled quietly.

Alice had finally let go of Aurora's hand as she walked to the young couple and sat on the floor in front of them. Jasper paused by the door, shocked at whatever emotions wafted from Edward. Aurora invited herself to stand against the wall beside the door.

"It sounded like you were having Bella for lunch, and we came to see if you would share," Alice joked, her smile widening as Bella stiffened.

"Sorry, I don't believe I have enough to spare," Edward said with a grin, seeming lighter than usual, more happy.

"Actually," Jasper had slinked a little farther into the room, coming to a stop by Aurora, "Alice says there's going to be a real storm tonight, and Emmett wants to play ball. Are you game?"

Edward hesitated causing Alice to speak up, "Of course you should bring Bella."

This caused both Jasper and Aurora to throw a quick glance to the pixie-like girl, not expecting her to invite a human.

"Do you want to go?" Edward looked down at the girl hopefully, with an excited look.

"Sure," She quickly agreed, "Um, where are we going?"

"We have to wait for thunder to play ball," He told, "You'll see why."

"Will I need an umbrella?"

Despite herself, even Aurora couldn't help but let out a small laugh alongside her siblings.

"Will she?" Jasper asked, his amused grin still somewhat present.

"No," Alice promised, "The storm will hit over town. It should be dry enough in the clearing."

"Good, then." Jasper said with enthusiasm, causing the human to soften, less stiff than before.

"Let's go see if Carlisle will come." Alice eagerly said as she stood with grace.

"Like you don't know." Jasper teased, Alice gently tapped Aurora on the shoulder as the two left the room.

It was silent for a moment as Aurora stood there, exchanging looks with Edward. He gestured towards the human with his eyes.

Aurora stepped towards the two, slightly startling the young girl. She stopped in front of the two towering over their sat figures, before slowly slinking into the same spot as Alice, legs tucked under herself.

She stared at the awkward girl before Edward spoke up, "Bella, this is Aurora, my eldest sister. Aurora, this is Bella."

"Hello.." Bella greeted with an awkward smile, sticking her hand out for a shake.

Aurora's eyes flickered down to the hand, "Hello, it's a..pleasure to make your acquaintance."

She refused to touch the girl's hand, physical touch was not her forte nor preference. The girl slowly slunk her hand down at Aurora's lack of reaction.

"Well.. I suppose I shall be on my way." Aurora quickly stood, at Edward's appreciative nod, wiping invisible dust from her skirt.

Bella had looked back at Edward in confusion before looking back at Aurora as she sped away from them.

It was odd, Aurora had been hesitant to meet the human. Neither wanting to meet the cause of their troubles or put herself in danger by further bringing the innocent human into their world. But upon seeing Edward interacting so happily with her, she couldn't bring herself to be rude to the girl. Edward's newly found happiness warmed her heart, she always did have a weak spot for her found family.

It seemed that the human would be around for a while, especially if Edward had a choice in the matter. Just because she didn't approve of the threat, did not mean that Edward would change his opinion on the matter.
