Author's note: This chaper will be divided into two parts of the page! The first part is what Kirby sees, hears, and feels when they first met Meta Knight. The second part is what Hannah sees, hears, and feels when they got captured. Both sides add up for the final chapter! You need to read both to get the full story here, also both are seeing the same thing just from their own side. I am skipping time, just know during the time skip they both saw ahat happened during that time! After this chapter, it will return to just Hannah.

I look around the small park I found, both me and Hannah are Kaabii, yes, but we were kicked out the adoption center for no reason whatsoever, so we were taking shelter from a storm in a park. I look down, I see Hannah, she's sick and no one will do anything to help us! Not to mention that the rain is freezing!
"Come... on... we... just... need... to... hug... and... find... a... fire!" I said weakly, I knew that a fire could keep us warm, but a hug was the best for now. We huddled close together, both of us having our Warp Stars in our hand. Hannah was shivering, her skin was cold to the touch, and I felt bad that there is nothing either of us can do! No one knows our abilitys yet, not even ourselves!
"Hey! Kids! What are you doing out here in this weather?" A Kaabii called out to us. He has a deep blue skin colour, a pair of bat wings, and eyes that changed from yellow to lime when he saw us! His bat wings, they are the same colour as his skin, except for a talon where the two inner supports meet on each wing, as well as in between the supports on each inner part of the wing is a magenta colour. He looked as if he were an adult Kabii.
"W-We were just kicked out of the adoption center and so we're taking shelter here... I just hope my sister doesn't get any sicker. Afterall, we only have eachother, we also are eachother's only sibling that ever existed." I honestly answered, then he caught me off-guard and spoke, "Well, children come with me. I'll adopt and care for you." With that, I was carring Hannah, who is still freezing, I chose to trust the stranger! He took her from my hands and held her, shielding all three of us using his wings.
A few minutes later we went into a house, it was a dark bluey purple colour. He set my sister down on a counter the colour of dandelions, gave her some medicine, and dried both of us off before drying himself off. I was relieved to see that my trusting heart wasn't making a mistake on following that Kabii since he seemed nice and kind. I handed him my Warp Star, my sister copying me while chiping in suprise, then chirping cheerfully. She couldn't talk yet, she had no way too learn. When the man took our Warp Stars from our hands when we gave them to him, he spoke, "You should know my name, I'm Meta, you can call me that or Dad or Father, you can also call me something along those lines if you want. May I know your names?" "Sure Daddy! I'm Kirby and my sister is Hannah!" I cheerfully answer, watching in awe as my Warp Star had a sort of shine to it now, like Hannah's has a sort of shimmer to it now, after a moment both vanished. Daddy also saw this and his eyes changed to a pinkish orange colour. Hannah spoke softly but simply, "Bwu...da... Da...da?"
"Awwwww she called me Dada." Daddy said, eyes turning a purply pink, while I am just simply in awe of my sweet little sister!

Everything has been peaceful since we were adopted by Dada six months ago. I haven't been as sick as I was then, but even when I do get sick, Dada takes care of it for me. Me and Kirby always snuggle under his wing when we sleep. Actually, whenever I reach for it, he lets me hold it which results in happy chirping from me.
I'm chirping curiously at the store because everyone just keeps staring at us... but I don't know why! Dada helped Kirby and me to find our abilitys, as well as helps us train them! I looked at Dada and Kirby cheerfully now, Kirby is giggling with a big smile, while Dada is just simply smiling with his eyes a pretty purply pink. We're there for groceries only, Dada has a cape and mask at home, but keeps his sword that forms its blade from it's own electricity with him. The hilt is golden with a red jewel, and when it's out and its blade is there, the blade is a brighter gold, more on the side of yellow. I ses something sneaking up on Dada and Kirby, so I squeaked in fear, that ended up alerting them!
The thing was too quick though, despite Dada fighting it with his sword, it got me and Kirby! It took us through a portal thingy, then knocked us out.

So... NightMare tried to hurt us... and make us attack Meta... I'm just glad to be safe with Daddy/Dada again.
