Just when (Name) thought it couldn't get any worse, did Lila approach them right when they left the class to get to their break.

Oh my fucking God.

"What."

"Oh wow, you don't have to be so rude, you know!", the girl laughed sweetly and grinned at them, taking their obvious displeasure of seeing her face as a joke.

(Name) just blankly stared at her unimpressed and almost disgusted even to which Lila didn't even budge.

Instead of her backing down, they felt how Lila went up to hold their hand.
And she did hold their hand.
She was grabbing it with not a single sign that she would let go anytime soon.

"Stop touching m-"
"-So (Name), I've been wanting to talk to you, you know?", she interrupted their complaint with her sweet voice that they hated.

"I don't want to talk to you though."
"Well it would benefit you to talk to me if you don't want to get in trouble."

Just when they thought they would have to cause a scene, Adrien appeared and stepped in between.
"Hey (Name)! I wanted to ask you something.", he proceeded to glare down towards Lila, who he had noticed before he even arrived but simply pretended to not have seen.
"Lila.", he greeted before casually pushing her hand off of their's and pulling them in with his arm.
"Let's go to the cafeteria and talk there!"

Adrien Agreste please make out with me right now.

Adrien Agreste, you are a savior.

They both thought about Adrien, no one knows why Adrien thought of himself in third person though.

(Name) sighed relieved once they were out of sight from Lila. "Thanks dude.", they smiled at him as he put his arm back down. Adrien only smiled back and nodded but proceeded to continue the conversation, "No problem. I can't imagine you and Lila talking for more than 10 seconds, I couldn't just let this slide."
(Name) scoffed amused and wanted to leave to actually get food, but Adrien wasn't done with them yet.

"Hey, uh, I did actually want to talk to you."

They turned back around at him, "hm?", waiting for him to continue, they attempted to be polite and actually wait instead of telling him to just tell them later.
Adrien felt nervous for some reason. His throat was throbbing and itching, as if he had a cold.
I already know they have plans. Why am I even asking?
"I was wondering if you wanted to hang after school for a bit."
(Name) thought for a moment before nodding, "Sure. Only til 4 though. After that I'm busy."

No that wasn't my plan.
Adrien pondered a bit before a small grin crept up on his face. "Sure, I'm fine with that!"

And just as his smile had gotten complete and his plan could still be saved, he came and ruined his mood.

"Hey (Name)! Do you want me to pick you up later?" he asked them, as if he was someone to them.
He mocked his voice in his head and his smile dropped. What Adrien didn't notice was the fact that (Name)'s mood also dropped by a bit.

"Uh.. No need to. I'll find the way by myself.", they said to which he laughed.
Adrien cringed and eyed him annoyed. What was so funny about that.
