Epel was metamorphosysing into his true form. Vil and Rook were worried when Epel started to form a cocoon. The cocoon was fleshy and red. It had a faint apple smell to it.
Rook sat outside of the cocoon and waited for the outcome. He was missing out on his usual activities, like observing Vil.
This continued for a few nights, Epel's friends; Ace, Deuce, Jack, and Sebek, visited the cocoon. Soon, it split open in the middle of the night.
A giant apple emerged. It had Epel's face, his legs, and his arms. The critter growled and crawled on the ceiling, looking for food.
The apple got into Vil's room and infected him, a cocoon would form soon. He ate the apples he could find outside and ran off into the forest.
His friends searched but could never find him.
Apple Epel was living the apple life in the forest. He later decended into rot and ceased to exist.
