In the heart of a lush forest. Nature's music plays on, birds chirping, leaves swaying in the wind.
There lays a boy surrounded by the trees, awaking from his slumber, sunlight Pierces through the canopies, briefly blinding his eyes.
Confusion doesn't even begin to describe the overwhelming emotions he is experiencing. As he sits up, he is enveloped by a faint sense of dizziness.
Surveying his unfamiliar surroundings, he discovers himself amidst a dense forest, with no recollection of how and why he is there to begin with. A sense of panic gripping his heart as he desperately tries to think of the last thing he remembers.
"Is this some elaborate prank? Have I been kidnapped? C'mon, What's the last thing I can remember?" I try to remember, but my mind draws a blank, leaving me frustrated and disoriented.
Then, like a bolt of lightning, a singular recollection struck me. A vivid image materializes: a speeding truck headed straight for me.
"Did I die?! Is this a Reincarnated into Another World scenario?! An Isekai moment? Bruh" I muttered to myself in disbelief. But as I take in my surroundings, nothing seems remotely fantastical, and I'm left wondering, "Where on Earth am I?"
Suddenly, as if on que, a blue screen like panel appeared In front of me.

'What the?' the sudden appearance of this panel made me jump a little, I was surprised by what had just appeared. It was just like does situations I see in fanfictions.
Shortly after, it vanished. Calming down, I try to communicate with what I assume to be a system.
"System?"
"Hello? System?" Despite my attempt, nothing happened. Perhaps there was a keyword that I needed to say.
"Open Menu" - "Status" - "Initiate System" Still nothing.
"Profile" - Then, finally something appeared.

I stared at the interface before me, feeling a mix of bewilderment and excitement. It seemed I had somehow ended up in a world straight out of fiction, or in this case, I ended up in the "My Hero Academia" world.
The system displayed my name, Finn J. Jackson and mentioned something about character acquisition, which I couldn't quite grasp yet.
"Settings," I uttered.
The interface responded by displaying a list of options:
[Settings] - Display - Sounds - Notifications - Language
Curiosity piqued, I selected "Display" A submenu then appeared.
This felt like an elaborate video game menu, but I couldn't shake the sensation that this was somehow real... "Ouch!" I pinched myself a bit too hard, I haven't cut my nails yet.
I lowered the transparency so that I can see through it, as for it to not block what ever is and might be in front of me.
The concept of "character acquisition" intrigued me. What abilities or skills could I gain from it? How does it work exactly?

I use the "Acquire Character" Function. And almost immediately, a new panel appeared.
