In a remote part of the nation of the wave, we see Naruto with a boat fisherman's boat loaded with food and some clothes, supplies enough to last him for about a month, as the wind picked up, he knew this was his time to get away to his mother's homeland. His face had a stoic expression when he boarded the boat but inside he was excited to visit his mother's homeland, Uzushiogakure, or the village hidden in whirlpool, the homeland of the Uzumaki Clan. As he was riding the boat he thought to his decision of leaving. Did he regret it? A little bit. Was it necessary? Hell yeah, he didn't want to be a mindless drone for an old shady advisor dude, his thought process then shifted to that eventful evening that changed everything to him, his goals, his identity everything.

Flashback: Five Days Before – Evening

As Naruto was leaving his parent's house, he caught a glimpse of the three advisors (or according to him three old coots). He knew these old coots were scheming something, so he decided to follow them. While following them he felt some chakra entering him but he did not ask the Kyuubi to dispel the genjutsu because he knew that it might alert them so he trailed them knowing it might be a trap but he still went to eavesdrop and then he saw them enter a hut, as they entered it he took to the side of the roof, where he could not be seen yet he could listen to their whole conversation. Once they started talking, he put chakra to his ears and started listening to them.

"What is it Danzo? Why call us here?" A female voice he identified as Koharu asked Danzo as they sat in the hut.

"Yeah Danzo, why summon us here?" Another male voice which Naruto identified as the other advisor Homura also asked Danzo.

"Settle down, I am explaining everything to you two." Danzo as he recognized told the both of them.

"Okay, then explain to us," Koharu told Danzo.

"I just wanted to continue our conversation that we were having in the hospital," Danzo told both of them.

"Okay, where do you want to start with?" Homura asked.

"You said you wanted the jinchuuriki in ROOT. How are you going to pull that off?" Koharu asked him, knowing where they left their conversation off.

"Straight to the point Koharu, so like you Koharu so like you," Danzo said a bit mirthfully.

"Explain your plan Danzo, right now," Koharu said seriously.

"Okay, okay, I will tell you." Danzo said, "I have thought that we banish him from the village and then let the ROOT ambush him."

"And you think the Shinobi Council and Hokage will happily banish him," Homura said sarcastically.

"No they would not, but what if the whole civilian council, some minor clans, and the Daimyo support the decision," Danzo said menacingly.

"What?!" "How?!" Both of them were shocked.

"I have had a hunch about the hunting squad failing to bring the Uchiha back to the village, so I had a backup plan. During the peacetime Konoha has become weak, so we need our jinchuuriki at his strongest." Danzo started "Most of the civilians have disdain for him along with some of the minor clans, so they would be up for the motion but not the rest of the shinobi clans who know the boy's real identity. But as for the Daimyo, he is uninformed about the situation so a little persuasion by his advisors did the job. And this is what we have here!" Danzo said showing a letter to the rest two.

"Is that?" Koharu enquired

"Yes, a letter with the Fire Daimyo's stamp saying that he is in support of the Motion." Danzo smirked and then continued, "If Tsunade still opposes the motion, she will lose the trust of the masses and of the daimyo also will almost result in her eviction from the office and I get chosen as the next one but if she lets it pass which is the obvious option for her, we get the jinchuuriki. So it is a win-win situation in our favor." Danzo finished with satisfaction.
