So the day finally came it was the new year you and your mom go to the shrine to offer your prayers and you run into saiki
'Yoo pinky!!' You run up to him and smack his head
'Oww....(Y/n) (L/n) you have no manners no wonder you're still a kid' he rolls his eyes at you and smacks your forehead.While you both were bickering your mom and Kurmi were indulging in a convo of "mothers~"(not telling the convo content it's your imagination)
'Ehh...? Kusuo who's this ?' Saikis dad kuniharu asks saiki who was currently on his way to choke you
'Dad..this is (Y/n) and yes the (Y/n) from years ago' saiki tells his dad
'Hi uncle I don't t think we've met(tho I lived in your house..you think)' you say to kuniharu
'Eye! Saiki!!and wait (Y/n)?' You heard kaidou approach you both both kuniharu and Kurmi break into tears you not knowing why start to laugh
'Pfttt.....hahahaha saiki you hahahaha you're social life is shit I tell y'a..!hahahaha' you fall to the ground laughing while saiki and kaidou just stare at you
'Ohh sorry hey kaidou senpai..! I haven't seen you since past 2 days lol' you say as you tap his shoulder
'Ahh...hey (Y/n)!Its nice to see you too' he gets flustered while you tapped his shoulder as he wasn't great with girls and he felt you were real pretty
Then after some time nendō,hairo,teruhashi,Toritskuka showed up all of saikis friends were there so you felt out of place but then..
'Hey guys I'm sorry but me and (Y/n) have an appointment with someone if you'll excuse us' saiki says bye and takes you away
'So...when we're you planning on telling me you felt a bit lonely in the middle?'he asks you while handing you your fav ice cream
'So you found out eh? Am I that obvious to read?' You ask him while slurping on your ice-cream
'Yeah..you are you could've told me not like I would have forced you...you know I hate those people I don't know why they stick to me in the first place....I swear god is a discriminating person...' saiki sighs and pats you on the head
'Hey saiki thanks...I really just don't remember having a best friend in my old school you know who treats me like you do,of course I do have a lots of friends I make them fast you know?but I never felt so close to someone like I do with you..' you suddenly hug saiki from behind he doesn't expect the hug but flinches in the beginning then he slowly relaxes.And he feels a tear on his shirt
'Aww...yare yare what a pain.hey kid get on my back I'll take you somewhere' he asks you to jump on him and you do so
'Listen.....what me and you have is special so I'm taking you somewhere safe where you'll feel nice k ?' He suddenly teleports to a room and to reveal what was inside it was pictures of you and saiki together as kids laughing in one playing in one he of course had his straight look in all of them except one the one you guys took before you left...the picture that made your day it was the same smile saiki had the other day when you were taking on the swing
'Hey kid no matter what we will always be together k?nothing or no one can come in between our friendship' he pats you head and slowly caresses your cheek while wiping your tears
'Thanks....and btw...this is for you' you hand him a box he gives you a perplexed look
'For me?' He asks you while opening the box
'See if you like it' you giggle at the thought of his reaction
'Wait...are you being for real?you got me a germanium ring!!(Y/n) these cost a lot....are you sure you spent your money on this piece of metal just for me?' He was kinda happy and shocked cause germanium helped block his telepathy and all the thoughts he hears he had lost his old one

Saikis ring

'Thank you....it is a very meaningful gift I guess you're not so bad after all..' he gives you a nice smile and gets back to putting the ring on and he suddenly noticed you were wearing the bracelet he gave you
'You wore it? It looks good on you' he ruffles your hair then pats you
'Ohh right!!I forgot to show you I was wearing your bracelet hehe' you giggle and pat him on the head
'So saiki...are you ready for the new year?' You ask him
'I am....I know what I really want this year' he says
'What is it?. Tell me tell me !' You jump up and down just asking him about it
'It's a secret you Baka and btw get home safe k I'll see you later' he teleports you to you house and walks to his house after waving you good bye
